There is nothing better than spending the day on the 2 newly installed balconies, working on your computer watching the boats go by in the harbour. As you finish work and the sun begins to set, you get to watch the day turn to night, the city lights take over the sky and watch Sydney transform. This apartment has the best views Sydney has to offer!
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Kirribilli is only a stone-throw away from the beautiful Sydney CBD and has an amazing village atmosphere. You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sydney within 10 minutes but can enjoy the peace and quiet that Kirribilli has to offer.
The suburb has some of the best views that Sydney has to offer, is home to world-famous Luna Park, some of the best walking tracks to view beautiful Sydney, direct access to the Sydney Harbour Bridge as well as great cafes, supermarkets, pubs, and liquor stores.

You are within walking distance of everything Sydney has to offer. We would recommend the ferry (the wharf is 100 metres from the apartment) or walking the Harbour Bridge to get into the CBD.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine. Any smoking in the common areas of the building could also set off the fire alarms and cause the fire brigade to be called.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Do not erect any umbrellas or covers of any sort on the balcony as it is against Strata Rules and may cause damage to the glass/railings.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking - We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Most of the backstreets, (2 minute walk from our place), as well as across the road from the apartment there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends. Parking in the 8am - 6pm spots and free on weekends can be limited. We cannot guarantee a spot.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*Please note, The home has a 50L hot water system and can take up to 30 minutes or so to reheat.
