Excellent location. The floor plan of the apartment and equipment worked well. The cleaners did their job well. The swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were nice addition to the hotel. More attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the apartment, the shelves of the cabinets and the carpet etc.

Super Lage

Das Hotel ist an einer super Lager für Sydney. Nahe an der Opera und der Habor Bridge. Die Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber.

Great location

The location of this hotel is fantastic and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The price was reasonable for Sydney CBD and parking was $30 per night (unfortunately they tried to charge me for 3 nights instead of 2 but this was rectified). The room itself was a very good size but I did not realise it was not one of the refurbished rooms so it was rather dark with no view and the fixtures and fittings were in desperate need of updating (cooker very old and carpet stains etc). That said we had a great 5 nights there but if you are considering booking this hotel I would make sure you establish if you are in a refurbished room or not as the room in no way resembled the pictures I looked at before booking.

Functionally adequate

The hotel was expensive, but Sydney is expensive. Room was refurbished, but not very well. However it was immaculately clean and comfortable with great amenities like washing machine and dishwasher. Internet / WiFi was appallingly bad. One evening there was no hot water in the hotel for about 4 hours and the hotel did not compensate for this even though they knew we had to cancel a dinner reservation as a result.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr zentrale Lage. (je 5 Gehminuten bis zum Hafen mit dem berühmten Opera House, In-Quartier The Rocks, Darling Harbour und parallel zur George Street: der Einkaufsmeile in Sydney) Perfekte Ausstattung mit riesen TV, Klimaanlage, Küche, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Wir hatten ein 2 Zimmer / 2 Bad-Appartement mit grossem Balkon und sicht auf den Sydney Harbour. Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, gratis Wi-Fi im Empfangsbereich, kostenpflichtiges Wi-Fi im Zimmer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

WIFI

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, aber etwas unpersönlich, keine Bar, kein eigenes Restaurant. Was uns besonders gestört hat, war das fehlende FREE-WIFI.Schade...

Our stay

Had a deluxe studio apartment on the 13th floor with a balony. Was a nice apartment but traffic was very noisy and the ding dong of the lift did wake me up a few times but no other complaints.
