As a guest of the Oneida House, you'll have access to a large, free parking lot located directly across the street. We kindly ask that you are considerate of other guests when parking and avoid blocking the dumpster, which is picked up weekly. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smooth parking experience for everyone.

Upon entering the communal front door, guests of Unit #3 will take a straight path forward and to the right, where they will find the door labeled "Unit #3". This convenient layout ensures a stress-free check-in process and easy access to your cozy getaway.

Here are the best mode of transportation to get around the area:

Car: This is the most convenient option if you are traveling within Blossvale or to nearby towns. There is ample parking available in Blossvale.

Bicycle: If you are looking for a more environmentally friendly way to get around, Blossvale is a great place to bike. There are a number of quiet roads in the area that are perfect for cycling.

Walking: Blossvale is a small town, so it is easy to get around on foot. If you are staying in the center of town, you can walk to most of the shops and restaurants.



★Listing Notes★
Unit #4 guests have access to their private balcony equipped with a grill, seating area, and patio and then down to the backyard, beach, and shared hot tubs. There is a spiral staircase that goes up to the other units and because the exterior staircase ends at another unit's patio we ask that guests are considerate of any other guests while using this staircase and do their best to respect those occupying that unit's privacy and to not go up the staircase.

All guests are welcome to use the backyard, hot tubs, and beach area.
Because this is a multi-unit house we ask that all guests are respectful of others renting as well and are considerate with their noise levels, express caution when bringing luggage up and down the staircases, and display kindness when interacting with other guests.

Unit #3 is on the first and second floors of a multi-unit building. There is a shared entrance through the front door that opens up to a communal laundry area that is free for all guests in the building to use. The backyard has games, seating, and hot tubs for our guests to use as well. Please wash down all sand before entering the hot tubs.

✹A refundable security deposit hold amounting to $400.00 will be placed. Rest assured, your personal information will be handled with the highest confidentiality.✹
-Please treat our home and amenities with the same respect you would your own, leave home in same condition you found it and if you notice anything broken or out of place let us know right away
-No smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use whatsoever on the property. Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue
-Please be extremely careful with starting a fire in the outdoor kitchen fireplace. Please clean up any garbage left around this area and use caution when enjoying a fire
-Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, significant event, etc. All must be cleared by the host prior to booking
-Respect the neighbors: it is very important that noise levels are kept reasonable in the outdoor areas after 9pm. If there are any complaints we may not be able to continue hosting in the future and any repeated noise complaints will result in removal from property
-Please notify us of any extra house guests as they must be approved before staying- you may be charged an additional fee or, depending on the circumstances, we will enforce a removal from the property for all guests immediately without a refund
-Report damages and anything in non-working condition
-Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate host for any stains
-It is self check in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days prior to your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they depart
-Pets must be approved before entering the home. If pets are brought in without consent from the host there will be a $250 fine and depending on the circumstances all guests may be removed from the property with out a refund.

Quick family getaway
Cute and spacious house. Right on the lake and walkable to everything you could want in Sylvan Beach. Plenty of places to eat in town and the sunsets are hard to beat. The house overall is comfortable and we never felt cramped, despite having 4 adults, a small dog and 2 teens. Lots of room to spread out, especially the porch. Only complaint was the inaccurate description of the beds. All full size, no queens. Lastly, the owner was very responsive. Would love to return.

The house and unit was easy to find and access. The view from the Second Floor Balcony was spectacular. The description of the house could be a little more clear. The "Compass Rose" Unit (#4) indicated that it had 2 beds in one room and 2 beds in another room, when in fact is has 2 beds in one room, 1 in another room, and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. The place was nice, convenient, and right on the beach. Had all the things we needed for our stay. The cleanliness of the unit could have been better. There were spider webs in places and the bathroom smelled like sewage/mustiness when we arrived. The back door was also jammed and would not open without extreme force. The hot tubs were a great addition to this place, but they were not very clean. Overall we would stay again with hopes that it would be cleaner next time.

Nice but didn’t quite work for my family
Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy let himself out a couple times. Other than that, the place is beautiful and well appointed. Perfect for a couple or small group of friends.

Property was spotless very clean. Overlook of the beach was great nice community space. The living room gets a bit crowded with more than 3 but we split time in the evening between the living room and the deck.

Quick Long Weekend
The condo was well appointed and everything was as advertised. The view was amazing and the beach access was perfect. Although you share the property with other guests, there are two hot tubs and enough grills for all guests. Highly recommend and would stay again.
