Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this Tahoe City vacation rental. The inviting home features all the Tahoe musts - fireplace in living room, large deck with a full lake view, proximity to beaches, bike trail to Tahoe City, and close access to prime mountain resorts.

Located in a quiet Tahoe City neighborhood, there are three popular California ski resorts less than a 20 minutes from the home. The home is also near Skylandia Beach, pleasant trails, and the bike path to Tahoe City, The Tahoe Cross Country Center is about a mile away and has an activity for each season - cross country skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. It is less than 5 minutes by car from Tahoe City, which has Lakefront cafes, shopping, Commons Beach, and the Tahoe City Golf Course.

The main floor's living, dining, and kitchen area has a full lake view from the south facing wall of windows! The open floor plan provides a great place to gather indoors and sliding glass doors open to a large deck. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have cozy furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck provides a full lake view and will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people and for nice family meals and with two supermarkets available in Tahoe City, you can stock up on your way in and you may never want to leave!

Ten people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have 1 bedroom with a king bed. The lower floor features the master bedroom with a private bathroom and two additional bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed, and 1 with bunk beds and an additional twin bed. There is also a additional family room with TV and full bathroom on this level.

Location:
While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Tahoe Palisades or Northstar at Tahoe. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches or take the bike path to Tahoe City. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City or travel to Crystal Bay in Nevada for cocktails and games of chance.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

Had a great time and was very pleased with the property. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we had everything we needed to make our meals during our stay. House truly is set up to accommodate the number of persons they advertise for….large enough dining table and seating for the whole group. I would say the only thing that could have been improved is a few more towels in each bathroom. Would definitely recommend this property!

The cabin is older but very comfortable- we found it to be well stocked and clean. The one concern I had was the listing called for two king bedrooms, one queen and a room with three bunks. The bed in the queen room was only a full sized bed- making for an uncomfortable night for the couple sleeping there. I would have considered another option for the weekend had I known.

Hello, The property was just as described in the listing. It was clean. There was plenty of room for my family, the beds were comfortable, and Lake Tahoe is amazing. The only reason that I didn't give the house a 5-star rating was that the pots and pans are old scratched-up non-stick or aluminum. Yuck! Who wants to cook with those after a long day at the beach or on the hiking trail? This detail seems out of whack with the rest of the place. Based on the cost of the rentail, it's hard to understand why they haven't been replaced.

Great view, relaxing stay
We had a great time in Tahoe. We had three generations on our trip and the house was set up perfectly for it. We all had plenty of room. We all enjoyed hanging out on the deck and playing cards on the long dining room table. The kitchen was situated well with the barstools. A few more supplies would have been nice since we stayed for three nights but we brought our own to supplement. Location was great, Close to shopping and long walks at night. All in all a great trip! Would definitely go back to Lakeview above the trees.

Great location, home was well stocked and comfortable, and a really easy lay out. We are 2 families with older kids (20-23) so they could we all could easily bike, walk, run, drive anywhere. We were notified in advance that the dishwasher was broken, but assured it would be repaired by day 3. We went the entire 2 week stay with no dishwasher! We don’t do dishes by hand at home, and having to do so on our vacation was no fun. We did receive a credit for our inconvenience. Lighting in the living room is very poor. We love to read, but could not with such dim light. Outdoor furniture needs new cushions and paint refreshing. Property was clean and quiet. The absence of a dishwasher and the improper lighting soured us. We will not rent this property again.

The place is so beautiful and such an awesome spot. Our family has been in love with Tahoe for 30 years and we couldn’t have asked for much better. Extra bonus was the kids using the side yard for their snowboard park when every day during Snowmageddon wasn’t enough. The view is priceless, only complaint is the place really could use a little TLC. Trust me we are simple people, but just a few dollars for like shower doors and some improvements would make this over the top incredible. We totally loved it and would come again for sure. Hope you all stay safe with another week of snow. Took us 12 hours to get back to San Diego! Thank you again❤️

It is well overpriced. when you pay top dollar you expect good quality such as kitchen stuff like the throw-away quality of plates/pots/pans. We stayed three nights and there were not enough cleaning solutions for the dishwasher and stuff. the pictures are photoshopped and enhanced. I wish they have an option here for me to upload the real pictures. the view is not as great as it is shown in the picture in the ad.

My husband and. I We’re traveling with our adult daughter. Beautiful view, great location. It snowed the night before we arrived! Kitchen is not well equipped as far as cooking goes….no usable frying pans…so I would recommend bringing your own! Plenty of plates and glasses and silverware for. Larger group. Great family room and fireplace was used every night! Pick up your wood at Safeway on your way in. Bedding could use a refresh.
