This beautiful family home is located in Brandon, Florida which is within the Greater Tampa Bay area. It can be a home getaway for anytime of the year! It is also within close proximity to fun-filled family attractions such as Busch Gardens and Adventure Island(25 min drive), Tampa and Florida favorite beaches like Clearwater and St. Pete Beach (30 min. Drive) Lithia Springs, Lithia-The home is also a 45 min. drive to Orlando, Florida. Seminole Rock Casino is about a 10 min drive. Topgolf, Bass Pro-shop, and Mall are 3-5 mins from home. Amalie arena, Armature works, Ray J Stadium and Downtown Tampa are all within a 10min drive! ** I-4 is about 2 mins from the home and can get you to Orlando in about 45 mins. Thank You!

Winter Getaway w/ Family & Friends
We stayed for a long weekend before Xmas and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was as they said it was and more. There are a few minor upkeep fixes to be made, but nothing that stopped us from having a great time. Close to everything in Tampa and all our needs.Thank you Alma! Keep up the great work!

Spring Wedding
We stayed here with family for our daughter’s wedding. It was everything I had hoped for. Very comfortable and close to everything we needed. Alma was very easy to work with and took care of us above and beyond what I would have expected! I would definitely recommend this property. Easy in and out, very nice home and just what we needed! Questions quickly answered and all we needed for a comfortable smooth stay! We came to visit The River at Tampa Bay Church (RMI) and the location was perfect.

One week stay. We are one of the vendors at the Tampa Super Show
We did have a problem with the fireplace . The smoke wouldn’t rise use up or circulate like it supposed to. Smells of smoke from the fireplace after we poured water on the logs. Towels were provided but no face or hand towels. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Perfect for 6-8 people.

Christmas vacation!
Our stay was fantastic! It was a perfect location- easy to navigate to all the area attractions and shops nearby. The set up of the house was great for my family. Spacious enough for everyone to be more than comfortable. The host was extra helpful! The kitchen was perfectly stocked as well.

Family time
Had such an amazing time. This home is perfect for both adults and children! The rooms were clean and the house was supplied with everything you need if you love to cook/ bbq. Bathrooms are beautiful! Really enjoyed ourselves. Our newborn got to meet his family that traveled all the way from NY and his grandparents in FL. Will def book again. Beautiful property with plenty of space
This is a beautiful property with plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I would mention is that the portable air conditioners in the two add on rooms (3 beds, and day bed), are very noisy and don’t cool the rooms very well. But, if you only need the 3 mins bedrooms, it is perfect.

OASIS is the perfect description
This property was one that the pictures and/or a description will still not give you the full experience. When I tell you that this is a must see that is exactly correct! You could not ask for anything in this house that was not provided. Don't let me get started on the host! She was one of the most delightful host that I have ever run into or had to deal with, she was precise, very responsive about communication, she was understanding, very helpful, she made you feel like you were taking to that relative that you like to talk to on a regular 😀 MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS THAT I WILL BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR ! Perfect location for a vacation in Tampa
Perfect location for a vacation in Tampa. Elma answered all my questions and the check in process was very easy. The house was clean and enjoyable for our stay. The only exception was that we wanted to take the children outback to play and the fire ants were everywhere Our 2 1/2 year old grandson had welts all over his legs in a matter of less than five minutes. Luckily had some medication to treat it so it didn’t ruin the trip. Loved that we could close the front gate and keep the property secure.

Beautiful home with great hosts !
We were in the Tampa area for some Spring Training games, visiting friends and soaking in some sunshine. The house is perfect for a larger group with sleeping areas on both sides of the home and multiple areas to relax. It’s very clean with comfortable beds and furniture and is very up to date and well-equipped. I asked the owner if there were any beach chairs as we wanted to take a day trip and when we arrived there were 4 brand new chairs left for us ! Plenty of hot water for showers, towels, kitchen supplies/equipment and a garage full of entertainment :) We would definitely rent again when back in the Tampa area !

Perfect place for our Busch Gardens trip!
This property was perfect for our two families to stay for our Busch Gardens spring break trip. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (4 teens and one tween). The kids all loved the entertainment options (pool table, foosball table, darts, corn hole, and X-box). There was also a TV in every bedroom. There was so much for them to do! We went to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, ZooTampa, and Clearwater Aquarium during our stay. Enjoyed every minute! Alma was a responsive host and we’ll be back again for sure!

Great Spacious Home!
This property was wonderful! Spacious, well stocked, and exceptionally clean. I am not easy to please when it comes to cleanliness and this property received a 5 star rating from me. Our son was getting married and we were looking for a spacious home that would accommodate not just our family of 6, but also spacious enough to serve as a dressing space and gathering spot for an additional 12 groomsmen. We also wanted to host a small after wedding gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the setup was great for entertaining. We were able to enjoy the well stocked game room which also includes two adult bikes. I gave this property 4 stars in the description as I understood there were 4 rooms with queen beds, 1 room with 3 twin beds, and an office space, all on one floor. It turned out to be 3 rooms with queen beds, 1 upstairs loft with 3 twin beds (no closet), and 1 room with a twin bed and a desk (no closet). So our sleeping arrangements had to change… not ideal, but we made it work. What would make this property better? A dining room table that seats more than 4, a keurig coffee maker, basic spices like salt & pepper, and space in the pantry to store groceries (full of pots and pans, and misc items). A couple other thingsto note… there were many air fresheners throughout the house. We don’t do well with artificial fragrances, so we moved them all into a cabinet in the garage during our stay. Once removed, you could smell soot from the fireplace. The house is located at the end of a curving road, where you don’t see cars coming through the curve when backing out, so you need to move quickly as you exit. All in all, this is a great property and we highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again. The host was great and very responsive.
