Wonderful cottage in great location
The cottage had everything we needed and the property was beautiful! We used the hot tub and the pool, and even the swing by the river. Heather and Tim are kind and attentive hosts.

Wonderful surprise
We arrived at the "casita" after nine pm. We opened the gate to find the prettiest little pool area and place to stay. What a wonderful surprise ! Warm, twinkling lights amid florida foliage created such a welcoming atmosphere. We felt at home immediately. Heather and Tim are terrific hosts. They went above and beyond anything that was asked of them. Everything was clean and neat. A perfect size for the two of us. If we come back this way,this is where we'll stay.

Perfect location for my quick trip to Tampa
I stayed at the casita during a quick trip to Tampa for my son’s cross country meet and it was wonderful. It was close to downtown Tampa. I felt very safe there (my husband ended up not able to join me because of a work trip) and Heather was a great hostess. The backyard was beautiful! The casita was very comfortable and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The size is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Location is almost perfect for a visit to Tampa as you are fairly central to everything. The pool was also a great benefit after a long hot day! Excellent communication from Heather throughout our stay as well.

Backyard Oasis
We wanted to stay in Riverside Heights for a few nights to be near family who had just moved to the area and this was the perfect spot. Heather was a wonderful host and answered all of our inquiries about local spots, which was very helpful as this was our first visit to the area. We will be back.The studio unit was clean, private, and comfortable, as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed sitting at the end of the dock on the river in the evening- pretty spot!

Mini oasis for remote work
Spent a few days to work remotely in a relaxing environment. Mornings by the pool, the day spent exploring Ybor City and the beaches, late evenings in the hot tub. A great location close to Ybor City and in proximity to major highways for exploring the outskirts of the Tampa Bag area. A welcoming community, owner included!

Birthday getaway
Our hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful. The location is fantastic. It's quiet, secluded and handy to great restaurants and waterways, as well as Clearwater and St Petersburg. Our room was just lovely. A super, super comfy, sturdy bed, which was important because my husband is a big guy! We slept so great on it. We even loved the pillows! A Keurig, just like home with coffee pods. There was a hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, all the stuff you need. Oh and the shower, awesome! Like being in a spa! The pool was fun to get in after a day of sightseeing and just watch the sunset. Along with the hottub it really felt like our own private resort and at such a great rate. We will stay here again on our next trip to Tampa without question.

Beautiful and Quiet
We stayed 3 nights in the beautiful little guest house. It was so close to everything including downtown. We loved the access to the pool and dock on the river. The sunsets from the dock were amazing. Heather was an amazing host and responded very quickly!

We spent a long weekend in May and was the perfect place! Heather was so easy to work with and casita was the perfect size for a couple. The pool and backyard was a nice place to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend this rental and will rebook of we come back down to Tampa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first time staying at a property other than a hotel or resort on a vacation and we were not disappointed! The space had everything that is pictured. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival as I feel the pictures don't do the area justice. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, with ample space and seating, yet still managed to feel intimate and private. The indoor living space was also more spacious than I anticipated. We were travelling as a family of four, with a 4-year-old and 3-year-old in tow, and we did not once feel cramped. Our girls absolutely loved the pool and spa tub! So much so that we had to force them to leave every day to the fun activities that we had planned! They even asked to cut our beach day short to head back to their "new home"! Tim and Heather were both so kind to our family throughout our stay. It was so easy to communicate with Heather before we arrived, she allowed us to check-in a bit early and even had purchased arm floaties for our girls to be able to use in the pool. We appreciated all of their recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do, best ways to get there, etc. This property is so conveniently located to all the spots we had planned (Busch Gardens, Aquarium, Children's Museum, beaches). They also completely respected the privacy of our stay as well and we never once felt as they were impeding on us. Their sweet puppy was the icing on the cake! Our girls LOVED him!
