If you value good customer service and have inquiries regarding the accommodations, you may want to consider alternative options.
Expedia failed to note that there's no front desk or staff available for check-in or any other assistance. Additionally, there is no housekeeping service until after check-out, which can be inconvenient for guests staying multiple days. This means you may have to make do with the same wet towels and accumulated trash for the duration of your stay.
However, the designated eating area with vending machines does provide two bins – one for recycling and one for trash. If you don't mind taking care of it, you can easily dispose of your trash and recyclables in these bins.
The check-in time is 5:00 PM, which is relatively late compared to other hotels. I arrived at 3:30 PM and was unable to obtain a room key until the designated time. During the wait, I was confined to a small and hot waiting area, far from a traditional lobby, with no alternative space to wait comfortably with my luggage.
On the bright side:
The room matched the photos provided. I didn't experience any issues with the room, except for the fact that I could only get warm or hot water from the room's water system, which was somewhat convenient.
There is an added layer of security, as entry is restricted to those with a hotel key or those who are met at the entrance.
Prices were good and I may stay there again if I could leave my luggage or can access the main lobby while waiting!
