✔︎Turn off all lights/TV/air conditions when not at home
✔︎ Quiet hours: We respect our neighbours' peace and privacy, so we ask that guests keep noise levels down between 7 pm and 8 am.
✔︎ Cleanliness: We expect our guests to leave the property in the same condition they found it in. Please clean up after yourselves, especially if you use the oven or stove (if any), do not leave dirty dishes, and take out the trash before checking out. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being applied. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
✔︎Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 6, including children. Please do not exceed this limit. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, a penalty may be applied and extra guests will be asked to leave immediately.

- Parties or events of any kind are not permitted
- Hygiene is important to us, so please put away rubbish and use the garbage bags and cleaning wipes provided to ensure cleanliness.
- Please make sure to keep dirty shoes off of the beds, floors and furniture.
- Please do not move our furniture or decorations.
- Please use our black towels for makeup removal. Stains on white towels that cannot be removed are considered damaged.
We do charge extra fees in case of extra cleaning, loss or damage to property such as linen, towels, furniture and appliances.
