Villa Colonia offers luxury holiday accommodation in a premier location within its own walled secure gardens sun terrace and swimming pool, BBQ and spacious private sun terrace.

This Villa has contemporary furniture. It is modern, light and airy.

At Villa Colonia we have friendly hosts who welcome you on arrival. They will show you around the and can answer questions you might have. We offer a welcome pack of food and drink essentials too.

Directly outside the Villa, there is free on street parking.
There are also plenty of reasonably priced taxis available.

This is all in the privacy of an enclosed walled garden. It is a lovely space to relax and enjoy the sun.

EXTRAS

We give you a welcome pack for your enjoyment straight away.

A few beers, a bottle of bubbles, bottled water, milk and bread and cheese, cold meats. Tea coffee and sugar. Plus a starter washing up pack.

We provide each guest with a large beach size towel for use in the pool area.

Additional information.

We have a no smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking outside is permitted but any damage and burns to in/outdoor furniture will affect your deposit.
*Air conditioning is available in the lounge area and the master bedroom. (Euro coin operated).
*Pool heating is available upon request at the time of booking. (13 Euro per day). Please let us know at the time of booking if you want this.
*We are VV Licensed.
* At Villa Colonia we are a primarily suited to bookings for families and couples who want to relax and have privacy close to all the conveniences in Puerto Del Carmen. NO PARTY GROUPS.
***We do not accept Hen or Stag Party bookings or similar groups of people who want a party venue***. We do reserve the right to refuse these bookings.

We welcome guests who are mindful and respectful of our neighbours regarding noise etc.
Checkin time is 16:00 and checkout time is 10:00. Unfortunately it is not practical to store luggage for earlier arrival or later departure.

HELPFUL INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

Puerto Del Carmen and the beaches.

Situated only 10 minutes walk to the Playa Grande beach and the Playa Avenida, you will find all the frontline Puerto del Carmen bars, restaurants, entertainment, a large variety of shops.

If you like shopping there are plenty in the Bio sfera shopping Mall, plus cafes and restaurants and an outdoor cinema.

In Puerto Del Carmen the variety of restaurants is vast. There is something for everyone...Spanish, British, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Thai, and plenty of bars and entertainment.

For your immediate food essentials there is a local supermarket round the corner.
For the larger shop there is a new Mercadona supermarket with parking and a Large Lidl also with parking.

For the children and parents there is the Texas Rancho theme park and zoo, for a fun day out. There are action packed days on Dune Buggies, at nearby Puerto Colero (bring your driving license), and plenty of water sports and hiking or cycling.

The Lanzarote coastline, does attract people who love the water sports, hiking and cycling.

There are water taxis from Puerto Del Carmen Harbour to Fuerteventura, and Sea Safaris for a chance at spotting a dolphin!

If you fancy a gentle stroll along the Avenida it is a flat walk and you can stop a different cafe bar or a restaurant everyday. There are beautiful sunsets behind the volcanic mountain ranges.

Exploring the island is another option, and there are markets in Puerto Colero and in Teguise (not Costa Teguise) for a range of souvenirs and clothing and leather goods.
