Rude welcome, great apartment but bathroom very mouldy
Despite friendly and helpful email communication with the lettings agent prior to our arrival we were really disappointed to receive an exceedingly rude “welcome” upon our arrival.
Our keys were almost thrown at us with just about no verbal communication. When I asked if the location of the apartment was just down the road she simply replied “yes”. No information on the apartment, check out process or resort.
The apartment is perfectly located with ski in and ski out.
Apartment is very well furnished with everything you need. We really like the option that you can either have two single beds in the living room or pull down the put away double.
There is lots of mould in the bathroom, both on the tiles and ceiling, which is really quite off putting. Also, there was no plug for the bathroom sink and no holder for the shower head and hose so you have to hold it whilst washing.
We had a couple of unavoidable maintenance issues whilst there. I emailed the team and they responded quickly then sent the workmen out within the day which was impressive.
Overall, we’d visit the apartment again but more prepared for the negatives. The location is worth the sacrifice!
