Renters agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation

No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property, the insurance doesn't allow any smoking on-site.

Sorry no pets allowed-Very strict

During peak summer season (July-Aug) 3 night min. with no 1 night gaps in between reservations. If you try to book and receive a "host unavailable" message but the calendar appears open, please send us a message as our software has a few booking rules and may require us to override it.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws

Cancellation Policy:
We require 30 days cancellation notice to receive a full refund
• If you cancel outside of these periods, you'll receive a full refund.
• If you cancel within these time periods, the reservation is non refundable

Accidental Damage Protection: The occasional accident is bound to happen during your holiday. The ADP covers accidental damages of up to $1000, provided damages are reported to Tofino Vacation Rentals before your check-out in writing. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $10 per night that is included in your nightly rate.
