There are two separate bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and has a dishwasher. This 2-bed apartment is spacious, stylish, and has everything that you'll need to enjoy the city. It has two separate Queen bedrooms, a super comfy sofa bed in the living room, a 55" smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a dining area for 4, and two full bathrooms. There's room for 6 guests at a time.
The apartment is in the heart of Greenwood Coxwell, in the Leslieville neighbourhood of Toronto. You'll be steps from public transit, which you can use to explore the entire city. You'll be surrounded by Toronto’s trendiest restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops, and bars. You'll also be a mere few blocks from Greenwood Park. This 6-hectare park features lighted ball diamonds, an outdoor pool, a playground & a dog park, and hosts farmer's markets seasonally.
Stroll though the neighbourhood to find charming parks and gardens as well as over 125 restaurants and shops within the Gerrard India Bazaar that celebrate the regional diversities of South Asian culture, food, and music.
Monarch Park is a 5 hectare park near Danforth and Coxwell Avenue that features a dog off-leash area, an outdoor pool, a wading pool and a children's playground. During the winter there is also an artificial ice rink in operation.
The Riverdale Hub is a social enterprise located in a vibrantly painted century-old building that has been adapted to offer co-working space, offices and event space for local entrepreneurs, community groups and artists. It also houses a community gallery and the environmentally-conscious Social Gardener Cafe.

Nearby attractions include the Air Canada Centre, Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Center, the CN Tower, Union Station, Ripley’s Aquarium, the Eaton Center, King Street, the St. Lawrence Market, Financial District, and the Queen’s Quay Waterfront.
Getting Around:
You'll be in the heart of Greenwood Coxwell, with easy access to public transit. There is also easy access to Ubers, but with so many of the city's attractions so close to my home, you may end up walking everywhere!
