Located conveniently near downtown Travelers Rest, Zephyr Hill is the perfect getaway for couples, large families or groups. This is camping like you’ve never done it before… You will have 8 acres of privacy located on a larger 20 acre lot. While there are occasionally other guests on other areas of the 20 acres, you will have 8 acres all to yourselves!

The space
Located conveniently near downtown Travelers Rest, Zephyr Hill is the perfect getaway for individuals, large families or groups. This is camping like you’ve never done it before… You will have 8 acres of privacy!

--- Generator rental available for an additional $35/per day (5 gallons of gas per day included)
--- Fire pit (with firewood and kindling provided)
--- Kids’ play fort
--- Non-potable water tank (must bring your own drinking water)
--- Old-fashioned outhouse with composting toilet
--- 3/4 mile walking trail (shared with other guests)
--- small grassy area (shared with other guests)
--- log jungle gym (shared with other guests)
--- Only 5 minutes from downtown Travelers Rest and the Swamp Rabbit Trail
--- Several restaurants and grocery stores (even a Walmart) are close by so you can easily grab last minute necessities

Guest access
Guests can use the entire 8 acres, including walking trail around the 20 acre lot!

Other things to note
When you rent this area you are renting an entire 8 acres that is part of a larger 20 acre lot. While there may be other guests on portions of the other 12 acres, we work hard to make sure that guests respect privacy of others and only use their rented space (with the exception of the shared spaces [grassy play area, jungle gym, and walking trail).

We have recently added a charcoal grill for your convenience. Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid to enjoy this feature.
