Beachside 108 Luxury Condo on the Beach

Summary:
This beautifully remodeled first floor beachfront condo sits directly on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay!
Your private patio is literally steps from the sandy beach, and you'll love the bay view from the condo's open concept floor plan. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the deck, while watching the waves on the bay. One bedroom, one bathroom, 850 square feet, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Convenience and style, relax, enjoy!

The Space:
The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen Smart TV to enjoy streaming services. The sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two more people in addition to the King Bed. Also a Smart TV in the living room.
When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day)

After a day on the beach or adventuring around Traverse City, relax in the large jacuzzi tub in the newly renovated bathroom. **Please note the tub is a 2 person tub, and will not fill for single person use since the hot water heater is too small to fill it completely.

The bath is fully stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. It also houses a stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience.

Please note the Keurig pictured has been changed to a drip coffee maker.

A public launch with watersports rentals is right next door!
Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown, which is also just a short drive down the road by car. You'll find all kinds of dining options, shopping and entertainment. Nearby are wineries, breweries, distilleries. Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is one parking space allowed per condo.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Unit is really nice! It had all that we needed and then some. The HVAC wasn't working when we arrived, but the host (Katy) addressed the repair and was very responsive. Stunning view, plenty of beach to keep kids busy and great pool and hot tub. Would stay there again :)

The condo was great! Right on the beach. Close proximity to downtown. Very cozy interior. The only issue was a slight mold problem in the kitchen above the microwave. The smell got worse throughout our stay. Seemed to be from condensation. I informed the management company and they assured me it would be addressed. We stayed in the same condos 2 years ago (not the same unit) and had a good experience.

Perfect Beach Gem in Traverse City
My husband and I really enjoyed this perfect beach condo right on Lake Michigan. The condo was spacious and the bed & pillows were super comfy. Check in was a breeze, as we got there late in the evening. Katy was easy to communicate with. We really appreciated the warm welcome with a delicious bottle of wine! Located right on Hwy. 31, you could get to anything you needed to. And we loved the hot tub after a long day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation
The location of our property was perfect! What beautiful scenery to wake up to. The decor was very beachy and everything we needed to cook was there, including extra blankets, pillows and they even had beach towels. Being able to walk right out to the beach was so nice. Our second day we had issues with no hot water but the owner was very responsive and had a maintance person on site within a few hours fixing the problem. The condo site is making some updates to the property and one day we were woken up to a maintenance man hammering siding to the wall outside were the bedroom is in. We thought someone was knocking on the door. Maybe communication should be made to wait till after 9am to start repairs. Guest are on vacation and may be sleeping in. Also, just a suggestion of doing some dusting in the living room. We noticed spider webs on the ceiling. Overall we had a pleasant stay and fun time in TC.

A Beach Condo in Traverse City, MI
When my husband and I found this condo, we were drawn to it because of the beautiful beach decor. We also couldn’t believe that we could rent it at such a reasonable price. Upon arriving, we were very impressed with how clean the condo was. As we were getting comfortable we also noticed all the little extras that Katy had for her guests including a special note along with a delicious bottle of wine. We go to Northern Michigan every year for the beautiful fall colors and as luck would have it, we did not have the best of weather (rain, snow, wind and cold) Katy even contacted us to let us know of places to go that had fireplaces to get away from the weather. Staying at this condo with the amazing view of the beach on the East Bay made us forget about the weather. The day we left, the sun came out and the temps went up!! We really hated to leave. We would really like to plan a return visit to this beautiful Beach Condo in Traverse City, MI

Me and my husband just loved our time spent at this clean and cozy condo. Communication with Katy was great and checking in was easy and smooth. Cute Unit but property is a mess
This unit is very beachy and cute, however, the overall property was a mess. The pool was "closed for the winter" with electrical cords tying down the black plastic covering, a lawn chair and outdoor table were thrown in the middle of the closed pool, upside down and in standing water. All of the condo entrances face this pool - if the pool had been off to the side it would not have been such a big deal, but really was a mess. The brown deck stain going up to each condo door was worn to bare wood and again just looked worn down and a unkept. We could have made it work with all of the outside issues but the final straw, and the reason we left hours after checking in, was because the bedding was not dry when we got into bed. I believe the comforter was washed and not completely dry - sheets and blankets were damp and it just felt cold and gross. I did not reach out to the owner at 11pm that night, we just got up and moved to the Delamar Hotel down the street, but I did message her the next morning. She stated that she wished I had given her a chance to fix it the night before but we were tired and did not want to get back into the damp bed or wait for someone to show up with dry bedding. I did not request a refund for any of the other 3 nights we did not use the property, and she did not offer. I would avoid the whole place, I choose it because it had all 5 star reviews and I question if these reviews are even real or not. I owned my own business for 26 years and were celebrating selling it during this get away, I would have offered a refund for something like wet bedding. I have never written a review on VRBO and am a frequent renter, I took the time to do it so others would not go through the experience we had.

Very comfortable and well appointed condo in a very nice location. Nicely decorated as well as being very clean. Perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the beach and loved the fact we were on the first floor with easy beach access.
