La maison classique de Cape Cod à un étage située sur le côté océan de Truro sur plus d'un acre de terrain dispose de 3 chambres, 1 canapé-lit et 3 salles de bain complètes et est confortablement meublée.

Nouveau pour la saison 2019: une toute nouvelle cuisine et tous les appareils, y compris le lave-vaisselle!
Les améliorations au fil des ans ont été, presque toutes les nouvelles fenêtres de la maison, le nouveau barbecue Weber, les planchers de bois franc en chêne massif dans la chambre principale, le salon et la salle à manger et la chambre queen, la climatisation et le chauffage individuels de Mitsubishi A / C maison, y compris la zone den, nouveaux téléviseurs à grand écran plat, système de musique Sony compatible avec une variété de sources audio.

Le salon principal a des poutres apparentes, une cheminée et un mur de fenêtres avec de nombreux endroits pour se détendre et lire ou regarder la télévision. C'est également l'emplacement de la grande table de salle à manger qui est parfaite pour les repas en famille ou en groupe.

La chambre principale est séparée du salon principal et est située à une extrémité de la maison. Il a un lit king size, une grande télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée. À l'extérieur de cette chambre se trouve une autre pièce de type salon / salon à l'autre extrémité de la maison avec un canapé-lit et un canapé normal, une télévision à écran plat, une table de salle à manger, un poêle à bois, des plafonds voûtés, des portes moustiquaires et des panneaux moustiquaires qui apportent l'extérieur pendant les beaux mois d'été!

La cuisine est entièrement rénovée pour la saison 2019 avec toutes les NOUVELLES armoires, comptoirs, électroménagers et plus, pour votre plus grand plaisir! De nombreux autres équipements de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin sont également fournis.

La zone du pont arrière comprend un ensemble de balançoire, un toboggan, des barres de singe, une table de pique-nique, un parapluie et un gril, parfaitement adaptés aux déjeuners ou aux dîners barbecue avec vue sur la verdure luxuriante de l'arrière-cour. Le patio avant a des sièges en plein air entourés de belles plantations et d'un merveilleux ensoleillement à différents moments de la journée.

Il y a une grande douche extérieure privée qui offre la possibilité d'ouvrir deux panneaux pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la beauté de la nature pendant la douche!

Situé dans un sous-sol walk-out est une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité, avec beaucoup d'espace pour les vélos, les équipements de plage, etc.

Il y a beaucoup de parking, WiFi gratuit, câble, A / C central et chauffage.

We highly recommend the property. The home is lovely. It is very comfortable and well maintained. The spacious interior would be very adequate for the number of guests suggested. This trip was just the two of us but the home could easily accommodate additional guests. The backyard and front yards are also quite spacious.

Lovely home in a great location to beaches, restaurants and P Town. Private in the woods and was exceptionally quiet. The house was large enough to accommodate eight people comfortably. The outdoor setting with outdoor shower, grill, outdoor fire pit and backyard deck was great. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. I highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a Cape Cod vacation.

Overall, this property was very good. The owner was super friendly and attentive. I would suggest that she add to the listing that anyone with any type of mobility issues might have a difficult time and the laundry room, while is in a basement, is not accessible to the main house unless you go outside to the driveway. Not being negative, it was a great house, I just like to know what l am walking into.

Wonderful!
First trip to Cape Cod was wonderful and we very much enjoyed this house. As a family from NYC the kids greatly appreciate the space the house gave them to be away from each other (teens). The house has a great kitchen with great cookware and appliances. It’s very quiet and secluded but just minutes from anything you might need. Plenty of food options and the drive around Wellfleet, Truro and P town was easily done. The beaches of Truro I think are the best as well. Over all I can’t say a bad word about this listing. Hoping to be back sometime.

Truro house close to ocean side beaches
This is a spacious home within an easy bike ride to our favorite Long Nook Beach. No one ever accused us of traveling light. Happily, there was plenty of room for all the stuff for a family of 5 without tripping over things. The main room had lots of room for everyone to sprawl out to play games, watch TV, read a book or just chill out. We very much enjoyed the outdoor shower, which opened up to the woods to give the full outdoor experience while still offering privacy. The back yard featured a picnic table on the patio and nice fire pit. Overall, a very enjoyable spot for a family vacation on the Outer Cape.

Absolutely fabulous home right in the middle of everything you'll want to do in Cape Cod. Ocean, bay, ponds, and towns are all a short drive away. The home is meticulously done and extremely comfortable for a large family or a group of friends. The grounds give a feeling of wooded seclusion and the firepit overlooking the forest is a perfect way to end a day at the beach. Strong, strong recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay in Truro. We all enjoyed the quietness and out of the way feeling of this property while still being close to the main drag. Beautiful wild beaches on the ocean side, and warm strolling beaches on the bay. Nothing felt too far away. Quick jot to Ptown for lunch and to climb the tower. Perfect getaway.

Such a fantastic house!
We had such a great time at this house! Half of our trip was warm and we were able to enjoy the fire pit and hanging outside, the other half was cold and we were able to light a fire in the fireplace! Highly recommend, and a great host! Seven of us fit very comfortably!

Great rental for a family
This house is updated and has a great layout for a family plenty of space Kitchen has everything you need Plenty of bath towels,blankets and a washer and dryer It has alot of windows in the family room which is great The outside is relaxing in the morning sun for coffee The outside shower is always a plus if you sleep in the downstairs area with the pullout just know that there are no blinds or curtains we saw this and brought travel curtains but the garage door is quite large to cover but it is a very cozy spot to hang out in They have a great game selection but some where missing alot of pieces but overall this was a great place to stay Would definitely recommend

Lovely home, could be a little more low-maintenance
This is a very lovely house in a nice, private setting. Owner was pleasant, responsive, and easy to deal with. Some things are a little bare bones (pretty basic dining/cooking supplies, absolutely no foodstuff supplies, as in not even salt is available), but overall well-appointed and supplied. The house is very clean, but renters are expected to do most of the laundry, which is a little inconvenient when you're trying to leave (you need to wash and fold all towels before checkout at 10AM, which is a first for me after a decade of cape rentals) and also makes me worry about the linens we were using while there, which were laundered (hopefully) by former renters. Outdoor shower had not been cleaned. Nice place but, for the price, not as carefree as other places I've stayed in the area.

Lovely house with extremely responsive and helpful owners!
We had such a great time staying in this beautiful house! The location was absolutely ideal, and the property is beautiful - a much larger yard than most Cape houses. It felt very private. My kids loved the playscape outside, we enjoyed eating dinner on the brand new picnic table (delivered by the owners while we were there!), and the small clothesline was nice for hanging a towel or two to dry after an afternoon at the beach (note that it's not big enough to hang more than a few things). Inside the house, the beds were among the most comfortable we've ever slept in (even the brand new sofa bed in the den)! The house is very bright with sunlight, which I LOVE. Do be aware that there are not curtains on the windows in the den, so if you are staying in that room, the sunlight will come in as soon as the sun is up. The living room is huge and has tons of comfortable seating; the dining table is large and seating for six was perfect for us. The kitchen looks brand-new, with new appliances and granite countertops. It's a shotgun kitchen, so working space is a little tight for more than one person at a time, but it was very well-stocked with dishes, and nice and bright to boot. There are games and books available, as well as many menus from local restaurants and guides to local attractions. The wall art is lovely, too! The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. They live very close by, and came by several times to drop off things to make our stay more enjoyable. The only negative to the house was a damp smell in the den (which was originally a garage), which the owners had an air freshener jar in to help mitigate. I'm smell-sensitive to the fresheners, so we put them away for the week (and took them out again when we left), but the damp smell might be problematic to highly smell-sensitive people. The VRBO listing has two bathtubs, but there is only one. The showers in the other bathroom are lovely, though! Be aware that the washing machine is on the small side, so plan for several loads when you are washing towels or linens. All in all, we had a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful renovated cottage, it had a new kitchen, and was well supplied with kitchen items needed to cook. The property is surrounded by trees, offering peaceful views from the windows. We had the best time during our stay. The house was spacious and sparkling clean. The primary bedroom mattress was incredibly comfy & all showers had great water pressure. There was plenty of space - I can see this house as a great place for families with teens that want some separation or privacy. My younger children loved playing on the playground outside - what an awesome feature! The location can’t be beat - such easy access to our favorite spots in Truro. We cannot wait to come back & would love to stay here again.
