Bienvenue dans votre maison de style ranch des années 1950 spacieuse, moderne et soigneusement meublée dans le quartier central de Tucson's Garden. Un jardin luxuriant avec trois espaces de terrasse, un barbecue Chiminea et Weber sont conçus pour que vous puissiez profiter au maximum du soleil de Tucson pendant les mois d'hiver. À moins de 2 minutes en voiture de Trader Joe's, du réseau de sentiers de Rillito River Park et à 10 minutes du campus de l'Université de l'Arizona. Les propriétaires (Michael et Rosanna) sont des artistes et des amoureux des plantes qui célèbrent la culture du sud-ouest.

Cette maison abrite l'atelier de l'artiste paysagiste professionnelle Rosanna Marmont et présente une importante collection de ses peintures inspirées de Tucson.

À 1500SF, il a amplement d'espace pour s'étaler et utiliser les nombreux patios de jardin, un salon et une salle de lecture. Éclairage naturel et grandes fenêtres partout. Les chambres sont privées et calmes pour votre répit.

We had a great getaway to Tucson and this home met all our needs.Very clean and well appointed! The beds and bedding were probably the most comfortable of any place we have stayed. The check in process was easy as well.

I can’t say enough about this fantastic house!
We stay in this centrally located home every time we visit Tucson to see our relatives, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, and the house is truly special, with original art thoughtfully placed in every room. The backyard is a serene oasis, complete with a lush garden feel, a gas grill, seating in two distinct areas, and even a calming water garden.Rosanna, the host, has thought of everything. The kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Her attention to detail makes every stay effortless and enjoyable.

Cozy, comfortable and just Perfect!
My communication with Rosanna was great, she was responded after every email and was very detailed with everything we needed to know about the house. We anticipated arriving in Tucson and early and she was able to accommodate us with an earlier than normal check-in time. The house was so nice, clean, simple and so comfortable. We were all amazed at the artwork and both the front and backyards with the plants and all the seating areas. We could not have asked for a nicer, cozier home to spend the weekend. We are already set to come back next year to participate in the Tour de Tucson again and agreed this is the perfect house for us. We cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed and having the coffee and other essentials in the kitchen was an added bonus. If we could give it more stars, we definitely would give it a 10. We will be back and thank you again for being the perfect hosts.

Both the front and backyards were stunning with the plantings. We enjoyed having lunch outside everyday we were there. It was like staying at the Botanical Gardens. Inside was lovely: totally updated and decorated with artwork by the host. Can't recommend this house enough!!

My favorite rental to date
I loved appreciating all the incredible art in this peaceful space. The layout of the home was very comfortable clean and functional. I loved the master bathroom shower setup im so inspired to recreate this in my own home. The outdoor patio is so comfortable and inviting I hope to stay here again soon! Highly recommend!

Wow, just wow!! This amazing mid-century home has been updated to perfection without removing the charm of the mid-century feeling. The house has everything you need and an AMAZING back yard oasis that will blow you away! We loved our stay here and all of us commented about what a gem this property is! Backyard Haven in the City
This place was EXCEPTIONALLY clean! We loved getting sun in the backyard with birds, a fountain and some rabbit visitors. The side yard has a nice sitting area, as well. All of the plants and cacti, both indoors and out, are lovely. The artwork in the home is intriguing—I especially loved the paintings on wood. The location is central to many good places to eat, drink and shop. Therefore, it is one block away from a busy street with traffic sounds.

Perfect House for our Holiday Getaway
We spent the week between Christmas and New Year's at this wonderful home in Tucson. My husband did a lot of work in Tucson, but all our previous visits were staying at resorts (using hotel points). We were a party of 4 - parents, teenager, and one grandmother. The house was perfect for our casual adventuring and sightseeing. We were pretty central to downtown, hiking, and most importantly, "The Loop" for cycling. Favorite features of this home: - Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We often had leftovers from take-out and loved being able to spread out at the large dining table, too. - Lovely garden (front and back yard) - it felt like we were lounging in our own personal botanical garden. - The living room had a big lounging couch plus a second couch - rarely do rental homes have enough chairs or space for real lounging to watch TV and movies! - The owner's art around the house is really wonderful. Most rental houses we find have zero soul or have zero decoration - this was a special bonus. - We had so much fun watching movies at night using the projector, feeling like we had our own movie theater. It took us a bit to figure out the setup. Bonus tip: make sure the Chromecast is plugged into the AV system. Then, change the input on the AV (manual dial), and use your phone to cast whatever you want from your phone/tablet using your own streaming apps. I'd love to come back and stay and bring my cycling friends now!

Great home with all the amenities!
This 3 bedroom home has lots of space and a great outdoor backyard with 2 separate seating areas and a large gas grille. The house has everything including a well stocked kitchen, fantastic art on every wall and an even a projection tv! We will definitely stay here again

Paradise in Tucson
If you visit Tucson, don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this lovely home! The patio and gardens are so gorgeous that it made it hard to leave for sight seeing at times. Great location. Plenty of good strong coffee to start our days. Fresh grapefruit from the tree. Kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Our host, Rosanna, was great with communication and her food recommendations were excellent. Plus we got to enjoy her artwork in every room. I wish there were properties like this everywhere we travel!

What a dream!

Outstanding in every way
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Monte over a long holiday weekend with family. We couldn't more highly recommend the property for comfort, cleanliness and ease of communication. We especially appreciated the interior upgrades that retained the historic character of the original 1950s ranch house. The original artwork and expertly designed and maintained garden also greatly enhanced the enjoyment of our stay!
