Property management company is terrible. If you have issues, don’t expect a response from them
This would’ve been a great day. However, the property management company was completely unresponsive to our needs. We were given stained towels and towels that smelled like they had been stored in an ashtray. The property management company first told us to wash them in the washer, but there was no soap. Then they told us someone was coming with more towels and they never showed up. We finally received towels at around 4 PM the night before we were leaving and we had already been there for two days. The location was great the place needed some updating, but otherwise was fine. However, the property management company made this stay absolutely terrible. I would not stay in any property that is managed by the casa.

Overall a positive experience. Great location and communication. Main living area was clean. Bathroom and bedroom are in need of updates. My partner did fall in tub/shower of 5he queen bathroom. I recommend something is placed on the tub floor to minimize this risk. She is fine. Again overall great experience.

Great location and super clean! Had every we needed for a long weekend. The only flaws are that the tppliances are difficult to use (stove knobs worn off and dishwasher not installed correctly) and tubs drain very slowly.

Everything but the kitchen sink
The property was very nice except for the kitchen. The sink was backed up with nasty smelling black water with debris in both sinks. When you ran water into the right sink, it bubbled up into the left sink. We called and texted with Vacasa, but no remedy was taken. No one came out to fix the problem. We weren't able to cook any meals in the unit. The whole point of staying in a condo versus a hotel was so that we could prepare our own meals for 3 days of our 9 day vacation. We were very disappointed with the lack of response from Vacasa.

Spacious two-bedroom unit near ocean
Fully equipped with modern kitchen and everything needed for cooking in. TVs in bedrooms and living room with multiple channels. Nice balcony and just three blocks from ocean and restaurants. Tubs in bathrooms could use grab bars for older renters. No hassles with check-in or check-out. Nice unit.

We'll be back...
We enjoyed our stay. We're locals so we frequent the beach quite often and take mini staycations. The only downside to this unit was when we first got there our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Our towels smelled like smoke as well. Everything else was amazing but we're not smokers so the cigarette smell was pretty disappointing. Outside of that, I love how fully stocked the kitchen was with cooking & baking vessels. Very accommodating and the best condo we've rented on the island quite frankly. Hopefully the cigarette smell won't be an issue in the future because we plan to come BACK and stay at this one again!:) Thank you, Vacasa. P.S I only rated the communication a "1" bc it didn't apply for this rental as everything was done paperless and we had self check-in/check-out. We didn't have to "communicate" with anyone

Worse Rental Experience EVER!
I always use VRBO or other vacation rental sites when I travel and THIS was the worst experience ever! When we opened the door to the Vacasa Property we were immediately hit by the stench of a dead animal and the place was infested with flies. We discovered the smell was coming from the garbage disposal so we tried to use whenever cleaners we had at hand to resolve the problem. We were not able to so we called the main Vacasa contact line. There were 5 callers ahead of us so we took the advice of the automated message and texted the company. The company texted back stating they would contact the local agent. We also texted the local agent then left the property because the stench was too much. Three hours later - still no response. We went to a local convenient store and bought $40 worth of cleaning supplies hoping to mask the vile odor and tame the flies so we could sleep. The next day we talked to someone at the main Vacasa number. Our complaint had been received and registered; however, there was no response from the local agent. The Vacasa agent said they would call the local agent and call us back in 5 minutes…..that was over 2 days ago and I still have not heard from either the Vacasa company or the local agent. Over our 3 days stay, we cleaned the garbage disposal and kitchen in general 5 different times and yet, I still could not sit on the couch without being swarmed by flies. I couldn’t even use the bathroom without flies. The flies were everywhere! The Vacasa Property Management and local agent for this property not only didn’t resolve the issue, they completely ignored us. There is no excuse for this apathetic, unprofessional and absolutely shameful customer service. Did VRBO even vet the Vacasa company? Sadly, based on this experience, if VRBO is trusting their reputation to companies like Vacasa, we won’t be trusting our vacations to VRBO.

Excellent location!
This property was grat the layout of the home was perfect for our family it was very clean for a beach house. They didn't have coffee though so unless you want to pick up coffee every morning bring some. We got coffee out each morning but it was a 7 min walk to an open coffee house(the close strip didn't open till 9). The only problem we had that I called about and wasn't resolved was somebody parked in our parking space.. luckily we didn't get blocked in, and I hear that is also a problem.

Great location
Great location to walk just anywhere you need to go…restaurants, bars and the beach. The drive into Savannah isn’t bad at all and then you get the best of both worlds. The condo was pretty clean but there was blue soap in the shower that wasn’t clean out properly. I would also suggest bringing your own towels. They do not supply enough when there is a group of women staying. You literally only get one washcloth and one towel per person for your trip. Overall it was a nice condo and it was perfect for our needs, we would definitely stay again.

So many attempts at reaching out with the same answer ,yes we will take care of this nothing was ever done , tried to be courteous, understanding, patient, grumpy, annoyed, no tactic worked, and I am usually very tactful, try to put myself in the other person's shoes, but the time and effort spent on my part made no difference...very disappointed 😞

Perfect for the weekend
Loved that it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so each couple had their own space. Nice condo, and a good location in relation to the bars and the beach. We had a great time, would stay there again.

The cleaners we not done when we arrived @ 4:00pm (only by about 10 min.)but very nice and apologetic. Actually glad they were still there to give us certain directions and amenities. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Great time however…
The house was great! Very clean and perfect size for myself and 3 girlfriends. My only complaint would be w Turnkey the company that hosts the property. First the listing said that there is a shuttle that goes several times a day between Tybee and Savannah. This is literally why we choose the house but was disappointed to learn on our first day that the bus has not been running since Covid. This really needs to be changed on the listing. It is very had to get transportation on the island if you don’t have a car. Also the early and late check In and out. I have never experienced not knowing ahead of time other then 24 hours if you can check in early or out late. Makes it very inconvenient since our flight was getting in at 8am and we couldn’t make plans ahead of time. We probably will not rent from turnkey again. Beach chairs would be nice since it’s a beach rental. Also just a broom in one of the closets would be nice so we could of swept up the sand. But again we had a great stay just the check in and transportation was an issue and people need to know that if they are planning on renting! Thanks!!

Perfect for a quick getaway
I took my two little girls and mother to Tybee for a quick spring break getaway. This was my first time staying on the north end of Tybee, so I was a little surprised by how loud it can be in the middle of the night (good chance it was so crazy because of it being spring break). The condo was perfect for our needs - two bedrooms with a bathroom in each, a cute living room attached to a fully stocked kitchen, 5 minute walk to the beach, and two convenient parking spaces. The only permanent drawback I can see to this condo is it's location directly next to a pretty shady hotel/motel; otherwise, no compaints.

Very adequate though not fancy.
I had a very pleasant week in this condo with my sister. The building is old but serviceable. Space was fine for two, but would be tight for a larger group. It was cold and rainy during the week in February when we were there, and the floor was very cold, with no apparent insulation from the concrete slab, plus the heat ducts are by the ceiling. Beds were comfortable and warm. Unfortunately I left a drawerful of shirts there and although the management company was responsive and sympathetic, I’m not convinced a serious effort was made to retrieve them. In the future I will choose a place with local management.

GReat location!
Our stay was great! Only 1/2 block to the main beach, 2 1/2 blocks to the inlet side of the island. We went kayaking to Little Tybee Island one day, what an amazing trip. A great way to see a different side of Tybee. Bike rentals on another day. The appt was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Nice, tidy, comfortable place. Would recommend to all!
