Wonderful condo in a perfect location!!
We had a wonderful stay here. Such a fun spot and easy access to everything!! Loved the views and being able to see all the activity outside. Check in and check out were super easy and communication with the office was quick! Would stay again. Very clean and comfortable!! A perfect spot and vacation!

Beautiful Condo in great location
Perfect space for 5 adults. Two master bedrooms with bathrooms and a private loft space with its own bathroom. Everything we needed was supplied. Very clean and well equipped. In the middle of everything but private and quiet.

The old bait & switch
This is NOT the unit we stayed in. We received a call as we leaving to drive to Vail. I was told the hot tub was not working & that we were being switched to a nicer, newer, renovated unit. That it was an “upgrade”. When we got there, the unit had not been renovated (20+ year old decor/furnishings) dirty rugs & dark. We were expecting 2 king beds but only received 1. Not happy at all.

Great weekend getaway!
We came up from Denver for one last ski weekend for the season. This place was perfect! 3 adults and 3 children, plenty of space, perfect location close to the gondola. We'd love to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend it to other families!

Lionshead Rental Vail 21
As advertised. We have stayed in several units in Vail 21 over the years, this one probably had nicer finishes than others in the past. It will sleep 8 people, but the unit is a bit tight for that big of a group, especially the loft which has 4 twin beds (bunk style). The pictures make the condo appear a bit bigger than it feels. It would be great if you didn't have to walk over to Landmark to check in. The door to the unit is a code that can be provided via a message, and the parking pass could be left in the unit--but not a big deal. The mgmt company was very responsive to some needs (extra towels, TP, and a clogged drain). The two hot tubs in Vail 21 have poorly functioning jets. The location of this condo is excellent, very easy walk to Eagle-Bahn. The building is very quiet. Would rent again for sure.

Excellent location and good amenities
This apartment was excellent for families and so close to the gondola. It was comfortable for all three generations. In terms of basic items there was no salt, pepper or oil to cook with nor laundry detergent not even a microfiber to wipe down counters. We ended up having to purchase a lot of things… unusual for a rental of this type especially in a place like Vail. Also there is no cleaning service if you rent through VRBO. The apartment is quite dated and needs new carpets etc but given its location it’s something most people will forgive. All in all we had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, Nice Property
Overall our stay was good. The unit itself was very nice and has a great modern feel to it. It is located right in Lions Head right at the bus terminal. So easy to walk or bus to anywhere in Vail. Elevators are a bit slow. And the parking is uncovered, but close to the building. The biggest issue for me is that check-in is at a completely separate building. And it is questionable why I needed to do it...they asked me to initial some check-in info and they took a CC imprint for incidentals (there was no opportunity for incidentals). All of that could have been done online. And the room entry was by coded lock...no key needed.

Might be our new favorite place to stay in Vail.
Location is great. Steps from everything in Lionshead. Both a bus stop and grocery store are seconds from the door. And just a 10-minute walk to the main village. The two decks are great - the smaller of the two is perfect for morning coffee as the sun rises, while the rooftop deck is perfect for dinner (with a table that seats six - not pictured) or evening entertaining. Bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. Walk-in showers were wonderful. Kitchen was full of light, had great views and was fully stocked. The only downside was a coffee maker that didn’t work, but there’s a nice coffee shop nearby, so not a big deal. We’ll be back!

Great spot
Perfect spot for our family in town for a lacrosse tournament. Great use of space. Easy to communicate and check in was efficient. Parking right outside the door was included. All good and would stay again to ski.

Beautiful condo minutes from the gondola
Beautiful and well provisioned, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and large and easily accommodated 5 adults. The location is great. Two small issues, check in details were not provided and we had to call to get them. The second was a ringing noise in both of the larger bedrooms, which turned out to be from the adapter that allowed you to plug 3 things into one outlet. Once it was removed the noise stopped. Overall a great experience, definitely a place we would love to stay again for our next trip to Vail.
