We had a wonderful time in Venice. The location is great. It is two blocks to the beach and about six blocks to all the restaurants!. We spent a lot of time sitting by the pool, enjoying a meal that we made on the grill. We had our coffee there in the morning. There were three different coffee machines ….Keurig, Mr. coffee and espresso machine. The three bedrooms have a bathroom connected to them.

Our January 2023 stay
Our one week stay in this lovely home made for a perfect vacation. Just a couple blocks from the gulf and downtown Venice, perfect location. The home was a surprise in how smart the layout and kitchen planning was and the perfect beach towels. The pool was beautiful to sit along side of but without a water heater using it was severely restricted in the winter months. I'm sure it is lovely in the warmer months. The porch! My morning coffee faithfully everyday. Listening to Florida birds and the amazing not Michigan breeze. The back veranda covered porch was my husband’s favorite spot when working remotely. Huge comfortable couch, we all spread out on for tv time - luxurious. Highly recommend. Just vote for a heater for the pool or at least a hot tub. And when my daughter announced she left her rings at the sinks edge, the owner quickly packaged it sweetly and sent to us. Wonderful care.

Thanksgiving at Venice Beach
It was a perfect location for both the beach and walking into town. The layout of the home was perfect for 7 adults. There was plenty of conversation seating as well as both kitchen and dining tables. The kitchen came well-stocked with basics that we did not need to purchase. Sofia was very responsive both prior to and during our trip.

located in a beautiful neighborhood with a very nice pool. house was very spacious. it would have been nice to have more than 7 washclothes for the 6 of us but had plenty of towels. had a wonderful stay. would rent this place again.

We loved everything about the property
The house, the pool, the neighborhood, the proximity to the beach... all of it was great. The house is not only well maintained but also fully stocked with kitchen supplies, household products, etc, so we didn't need to bring much of anything. There is more than enough space for 7 people to sleep and hang out comfortably. The pool and screened lanai are AMAZING! The landscaping around is so pretty and makes the pool entirely secluded from the street. The neighhood is quiet and is part of the historic district of Venice. The property managers, Giuseppe and Viktoria are very responsive to questions and concerns. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

My family of 5 visited Venice. The property was very clean. It was in a great location with quick access to the beach and town. The home was well equipped and the pool was great. This is a well cared for property and we felt that if we ran into any issues, they would be taken care of swiftly. Would definitely visit again!

What a wonderful experience we had! My parents live on the island and we wanted something close to everything and a nice pool area! We loved every minute of our mornings poolside. We can’t wait to book this property again. Communication and customer service is absolutely 5 star.

Great Stay
The house was exactly as shown in the photos and close to the beach! The owner was very responsive and provided a blow up mattress for our preferred sleeping arrangements! We were able to grill by the pool and still make the sunset at the beach! We will be back!

Ringing in the 2020 New Year!
We stayed in this property from 12/27 to 1/4/20. The house is very clean and the location in Venice is perfect....easy to get to the beach, and town. The house is very accommodating as well as it has everything you need for your stay...well done! And Giuseppe, the rental "caretaker", was very easy to get a hold of and easily handled all our needs! Negatives? The pool is not heated (my bad for not noticing at rental time), which was kind of a bummer for the time frame we were there, but we made it work...and beach is just few steps away. Also, be careful of the cable...yes, they have cable, but oddly enough, the cable does not have ESPN (not even sure how that's possible, but it is). Anyway, being an avid NCAAF bowl nut, I had to go to town to watch the games. Despite those couple things, the goods GREATLY outweighed the bads! I would gladly rent this place again!!

Don’t rent this house
So they charge an expensive amount for cleaning and expect you to leave the house spotless. The kitchen sink pipe burst and nobody came to fix it. After we checked out we did a walk through of the house and there was nothing broken and the cleaning guy tried to say we broke the screen door. Take tons of pictures before you leave. He also spent about 20 min harassing me over text trying to say I broke the rules by not cleaning the house, I told him I would gladly do it if he returned the money I had paid for the cleaning . I’ve rented plenty vacation homes and have never had this happen. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will definitely never rent from this owner again.

A real gem
What a find! The house is airy and spacious. The pool is terrific and the house really is just steps from the beach and town! We walked in to the house at 8:02 pm and we’re able to walk to the beach for sunset by 8:11 pm Sofia and Guiseppe were most accommodating and responded to our few questions within seconds. Truly ideal in every way!
