Set against a picturesque hillside with scenic mountains and ocean views, our house offers the serene sounds of distant ocean waves and evening crickets. Enjoy Ventura's sunshine and ocean breeze during the day and serene nights in this classic space.

-Convenient freeway access allows easy exploration of the beaches and mountains.
- One bedroom requires passage through another bedroom in the Main House.
-The fireplace is non-functional; no fires are allowed.
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
* Cleaning Fees Cost Explained - Sunnydays Vacation Rentals is committed to paying our housekeepers a living wage and we will not use cleaners that are not legal to work in the United States. All Laundry is washed off site from the property to assure that your laundry has been properly washed in industrial temperatures and with hotel grade soaps and treatment supplies for your safety.
