The reception staff were mostly nice, but there was one rude man. Breakfast was basic but decent for a continental breakfast.

Es fehlt ein minibaar im zimmer sonst super !

Vielen Dank! Ein Minibar wäre etwas schwierig (aus logistischen Gründen), dafür ist aber unsere Bar in der Lounge rund um die Uhr offen :)

The staff was very attentive and friendly. New and clean hotel and amazing service. Breakfast was fresh and tasted good. Hotel located near bus station for quick transportation. There is a local grocery store nearby as well!

due to the high traffic of tourists should have more elevators at their disposal. what I thought was quite bad about the internet service is that you can't make calls. The air was very hot and it was not possible to adjust it to my liking. I also did not find bottles of water in the room and finally I found the room very small

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und Sauber. Auch die Zimmer Ausstattung war in einem super zustand. Nur die ÖV Anbindung in das Zentrum könnte besser sein aber sehr empfehlenswert das Hotel. Wir würden es sofort wieder Buchen.
