Beautiful 3 BR Home With Spectacular Views Of The Bay!
This is the perfect home for your next vacation!
Excellent 3 story home with nice open floor plan and vaulted
ceilings with outstanding views of the bay. Come relax and
unwind on the deck as you watch the playful dolphins,
unique area birds and some of the most amazing sunsets on
the east coast. Beach access is just steps away!
Cape May is just minutes away to enjoy the ocean, superb
restaurants, shopping and many other area attractions.
We accept one well behaved dog with prior approval at an additional $50 per day.
Sheets and towels are provided. No need to drag linens; you're on vacation!
The space:
The house has 3 levels and is sparkling clean!
Ground Level: Driveway, outside shower, laundry area and
family room with ping pong table and games.
First Floor: Master bedroom with king bed, full bath plus
large deck to enjoy your morning coffee . Middle room has a
comfy queen bed with a (Jack & Jill) bathroom connecting
to the back bedroom suite. This suite has 2 twin beds, a
futon to watch tv/movies and a sink with vanity. Sliding
doors out to a small deck area to catch the evening breeze.
Top Floor: Best views in the house!! Big open living room
with sectional sofa and a smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen
with everything you need to prepare meals, half bath plus
fantastic deck with table and chair set as well as other
outdoor furniture to enjoy the most amazing views of the bay
and sunsets.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you notify us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.
2. PROPERTY CONDITION / SECURITY DEPOSITS. When you arrive, please check the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. No physical damage, vacation rental and yard neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash removed, etc. Late check-out, trash left, or vacation rental or grounds needing more-than-reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems, deposits will be returned by mail 30 days after the date of departure. If we are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will e-mail you describing the details within 30 days.
3. OWNERS SET SPECIFIC RULES. regarding the maximum number of occupants, pets, smoking, etc. As the property owner, we enforce these rules, and may evict renters or their guests when they are exceeded. If pets are not allowed at the vacation rental, that includes pets belonging to your guests. Large gatherings, house parties, etc., are absolutely not allowed unless approved when your booking is made in writing. Sub-letting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.
4. OCCUPANCY. In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of subject property which is ?. Guests must be at least 25 years old and only family groups are to occupy the Rental Property as required by Owner. All guests age 2 and over are counted as guests. Any reservation made under false pretenses and/or any party falsely representing the number people in the home is subject to immediate eviction without refund. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this rental agreement. No fraternities, school, civic or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval. In no event shall guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guest hereby acknowledges and grants specific permission to property owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should we reasonably believe that Guest is causing or has caused any damage to the Rental Property. Guest further agrees to grant property owner access to Rental Property for purposes of maintenance and repair.
5. THE OWNERS AND ASSOCIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental. The property owners will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. The use of the pool is at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury while using the pool. There is no lifeguard.
6. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY if a maintenance problem develops at your vacation rental so we can have it remedied as quickly as possible. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the
vacation rental with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached. No refunds will be provided due to
inoperable appliances, etc. in Rental Property although property owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. Also, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuation of the area due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations.
7. KEY Procedures: Keys to the property will be at the property in a lock box. Renter will be given the code on or about 2 days before arrival either text or email with directions to the property. The day of check-out, please place the keys backin the lock box.
8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.
9. LEGAL DISPUTE. In the event it is necessary to resolve any legal disputes between the parties under this rental
agreement, the tenant agrees to reimburse landlord all landlord's costs of litigation and costs of collection, including, but not limited to, landlord's attorneys fees and court costs."
10. PAYMENT. As of the time of booking, the following charges are in effect. These charges may change over time as Renter requests other services.

Amazing Beach House
I had a family weekend for my parents and siblings. The house was very accurate to the online description. It was spacious, very clean with a lot of light. The rooms are big and the kitchen living area is open. The downstairs is set for for ping pong and pool. We loved the location, it was quiet and across the street from the Bay. The beach was beautiful w/ incredible sunsets. Cape May and Wildwood are within 20 minute drive. We absolutely loved the house, so inviting. We will be back!

Wonderful vacation rental
Beautiful views of the Delaware bay. Wonderful open top level with updated and large kitchen, dining area and living room. All utensils and cooking devices needed are supplied as well as paper supplies and trash bags. Three great bedrooms on the second floor. Extremely clean and organized. Game room and laundry on the lower level are fun and great for rainy days. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but the views are worth it.

Perfect Family Getaway
This house & neighborhood were perfect for our family vacation. The house was beyond clean, well equipped, and more spacious than we expected. The balconies provided unbelievable views and were the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine! The game room was great for the kids- pool table, ping pong, and beanbags for lounging. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The home greatly exceeded our expectations! 100% recommend!

Lovely place and spectacular sunsets.
Totally great experience and property had all the necessary needs for a week at the beach. We had a little trouble with the a/c getting adjusted but all in all it was an amazing stay. Love to do it again!

Loved this property!
The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The sunsets were extraordinary. The bay beach is not crowded at all, although there were hundreds of dead horseshoe crabs, but that did not deter us from taking lovely long walks. Cape May is so close! You can go spend the day there in town, at the many wild life preserves, or at the beach and then come home to a beautifully quiet retreat. We would definitely stay again.

Sea Breeze was a much-anticipated getaway for our family. It is a lovely and immaculate home, well-supplied and roomy. Sunsets off the deck were phenomenal. We all appreciated the bayside location as a respite from the crowds in Cape May. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family. We had an amazing unobstructed view each night of the sunset. We saw dolfins swimming off of the shore twice a day from the deck. The location was quiet but within an easy 20 minute drive to main attractions. We plan on coming back again!

Perfect spot for a USCG boot camp graduation celebration.
Beautiful. Well decorated. Very responsive owners live right around the corner. We visited in January for our son’s graduation from coast guard boot. And we got to see some snow on the bay. Lovely spot. Please consider and relax.

Beautiful house
The house was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed spending time on the upper deck where we got to take in the beauty of the bay and amazing sunsets. The beach was just a few steps away. To get to Wildwood or Cape May was about 15 minute drive. There is a great play room downstairs that unfortunately we didn’t get to use however we will definitely be using it next time.

A serene escape
We loved the location, right next to the bay, where we could experience stunning sunsets and the sound of the ocean at dinner. The house has beautiful bedrooms and a great commons space upstairs where the kids could play while the adults cooked dinner or played cards on the balcony. It’s a short drive to the Cape May County Zoo (highly recommended!). We would love to stay there again.

This is a roomy, bright, spacious house. It worked perfectly for my family. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the owners let us access beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards - very much appreciated. Great location right across from the beach.
