5 bedroom spot, centrally located, luxurious amenities, thoughtful touches, fully stocked and ready to host you for an amazing stay. Oh yeah, we have a pool too. Large TVs (75") in the Living Room and Playroom. Family friendly set up with games, toys and books.

We had our first rule breakers throw a party, so now I must insist on no more than 6 cars and no more than 15 people in the house at anytime. I will monitor the outdoor cameras to make sure this does not happen again. I have lovely neighbors and I don't wish to disturb them. Also, if anyone smokes in my house, there will be a $500 cleanup charge.

Another word on disturbing the neighbors: PAY ATTENTION to quiet hours (10PM to 7AM), do not go into their yards, do not park in front of their homes, just BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR. I have received far too many complaints and the police have even been called. If I get a call from one of them, I will call you to correct and if you don't, you will be removed.

Also! Do not sit on the walls of the pool. They are not designed to carry your weight. That's why there is a deck.

Virginia Beach home

The check in process was great. He allowed me to check in sooner than my check in time which I greatly appreciate, but I’m not sure if the cleaner was rushing due to me requesting an early check-in time because when I walked into the kitchen, it really wasn’t clean there was miscellaneous trash/items in random closets around the house. I would say the cleanest part of the home was the master bedroom upstairs, which was nice by the way. The kitchen sink needs to be repaired it seems to shift back-and-forth when you’re washing dishes. The bedrooms downstairs just seemed like it needs it to be updated, along with the rest of the furniture downstairs. If you are planning on cooking during your stay, please bring your own pots and pans from home because there’s not a lot to choose from in the kitchen. The surrounding houses in the neighborhood looked a little ran down. Even though the house was very spacious unfortunately I will not be returning for a future stay.

Underwhelming

We are locals, and we rented this place to house overflow family from out of town for a milestone celebration. We had 12 people who needed to stay at this rental, but there were barely enough beds for 9. The other poor reviews are correct about the misleading descriptions of the rooms. Bedroom 4 does not have a futon—the futon is in the living room. The double bed in the playroom is a short and narrow and won’t hold two adults.We were also informed the day we could check in the bunk bed was broken. It turned out the bed frame was cracked and the trundle bed underneath the bottom double bed bunk was holding the bed together, so the trundle was unusable. When we contacted Allen (property owner with a 704 NC area code) the next day about what he could do to make up for the unusable trundle bed, he contacted the local property manager (Ryan) who brought us a queen air mattress with no sheets for it plus a few extra blankets we requested. There weren’t enough sheets for the usable beds to begin with, and any extras were in locked totes in the closet upstairs. We didn’t want to inconvenience Ryan to come over a second time to unlock totes to provide us more sheets and Allen already told us we seemed determined to be unhappy.

Perfect Getaway

The property was beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate all of my family members. We had a wonderful time. The street was quiet and peaceful. The upper floor is so beautiful! The master bathroom was astonishing.

The house was fine however, it really only sleeps 7 adults comfortably! The other areas to sleep are 3 couches! We stayed here for a conference in VA Beach and were there for maybe an hour in the morning and hour in the evening other than sleeping!

I was very pleased with the property and the cleanliness of it. I will say the separation between the dining area and living room where you step down needs something there a few of my sorors and myself hit out foot and tripped a few times its not a flat surface and it can easily be mistaken for one. Overall it was a nice stay and the house was suitable for our needs and the kitchen area was enough for us to prepare our meals. The upstairs bathroom is beautiful and very spacious. Will definitely book again if needed.

Cute house with great pool

Overall our experience there was very nice. There was a nice place for the kids to play that had toys, games and movies. There is plenty of space for eating comfortably and lots of living room seating. The pool was wonderful and the backyard was a great place to hang out. The house is nice but seems to need some maintenance and repairs. Such as the water filter in the refrigerator needs replaced, the bunk bed had some loose and wabbly boards. The kids room had some molding sticking out that seemed unsafe. The front door glass was broken and taped back into place. Im not sure if they are waiting on a new piece of glass or what. The kitchen had the basic necessities to cook meals but a few extras would be nice like extra dish towels and more silverware. One thing to note also is that one of the beds listed is a couch futon that is in the living room. I don't feel that the site made that clear enough. This is more of a preference but there were far too many air freshers plugged in and the fragrance from the sheets was extremely strong when we first arrived.

Creed Concert

Place is like 10 - 15 from the VA Beach Amphitheater. Really clean on the inside, nice beds and an awesome master upstairs. Above ground pool out back. Neighborhood wasn’t the nicest but it wasn’t bad either. Just in the middle of a middle class suburb. I’d definitely stay there again for another concert.

Did not advise of “NO POOL” No supplies available in kitchen, per advertised (only coffee, creamer and utensils) The jet tub did not work properly, only a couple jets worked and the faucet was not working properly. We went around the entire house to lock all of the windows before going to sleep. The neighbors do not keep up their home. The pictures are not accurate to the current state of the VRBO. Disappointed, spent over $500 for a fluffy promise. I was left embarrassed and sent pictures to the owner.

Everything was good. Nice and clean, close to everything. Only draw backs, TV in main room only received one channel and remote did not work. A more accurate bed description would be sleeps 8, 3 big beds, 1 set of twins, 3 futons.

Wonderful Stay

The house was perfect and met all of our needs. There is ample parking and everyone was very nice from the owner, to the cleaning lady and even the grounds worker. We are thrilled to have a great place to lay our heads at the end of the evening, watch TV or sit together talking.

Nice house

House was exactly as the photos showed. Neighborhood was ok. Not nice but not bad. Location to convention center was a quick 10 min drive. House did have a musty smell to it when you first walked in seemed like it was coming from fridge as the smell got worse when we opened it even though it was empty ( maybe previous guest left something in it?) nice quick response from owner when we informed them of little things. Overall a nice stay.

Quick Off-Season Stay

Great renovation on this property - I hate a quick/ cheap flip, and this is NOT that! The decor is lovely. Not obnoxiously beachy, but has subtle homages to an ocean getaway. There are enough rooms that everyone could have some privacy, and the upstairs primary suite offers a lovely escape from the kiddos! As this is not downtown VB, I'd recommend reviewing a map of the area and planning beach/ day trips accordingly for summer stays, but there is plenty of shopping and entertainment around the neighborhood. And a great pizza joint!

Nice house, some descriptions are a stretch

First entering the house we had high hopes, the house is large, it smelled very clean and looked like the pictures. However, as a group of 8 adults, the claim to sleep 13 comfortably felt like a bit of a stretch - even with the random beds being found, we were glad our group was not any larger. The big killer was finding both dead and alive cockroaches in the living room and master bedroom and lesser the fact that previous renters had turned off the pool pump so that the pool was unusable for a portion of our stay (who does that?). We were happy to find a place large enough to accommodate our amount of people and we got to meet Ryan the friendly maintenance person (he fixed the pool situation) so overall it was not the worst experience.

Va Beach 2023

The place is an amazing property! Plenty of room for 2 families! The kids enjoyed the pool and cornhole. Within 15 minutes to the beach. There were a couple of hiccups (brand new a/c issue) with no fault of the owners….everything was handled and no other issues happened… Great stay overall….will definitely rent again next June when we come down for the youth bowling tournament again
