Parfait pour une escapade à la plage!
Nous avons adoré prendre nos repas sur la grande galerie extérieure. Nous avons pu apporter notre chien, ce qui est très important.La plage est à 5 minutes de marche et la piscine à une minute. Le propriétaire est sympathique et toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Merci Gérardo!

Not For Me
Host had great communication. Good location but not directly on water. Old trailer. Very small. Desperately needs deep cleaning. Clubhouse pool not maintained well. Trailer not for tall people. Absolutely not worth the cost.

Never again!!!!!!!!
Very dirty. Had to clean our way through the unit. Piles of pots and dishes on top of the refrigerator and on the counter, items were thrown in the cabinets instead of being put away neatly. We weren’t expecting the Hilton, but when you charge twice as much as the Hilton, you could have at least cleaned the unit before renting it out.

Great Location in Sandbridge
As advertised, this rental is a trailer located near the Little Island Park in Sandbridge. A great location and we had a nice stay. Pros: Check in was easy and Gerardo was very responsive to our questions and needs and took care of any issues promptly. Both the oven and microwave were lean and like new. Also the porch was nice and the trailer being pet friendly was a plus. Cons: There were some items in the trailer that were showing some wear and tear and needed some TLC. i.e The trailer’s sliding door and the molding in the bathroom both need replacement. Not a deal breaker, but prevents a 5 rating.

Cozy RV by the beach
The RV is cute and cozy, in a great location with a super short walk to the beach. The host was communicative and helpful. The porch is super cute and the amenities of the RV park were great. Host had some beach equipment like body boards and an umbrella, which were helpful for the beach. Plenty of place to sleep for our family, but the beds aren’t the most comfortable, especially not the queen bed in the bedroom. The place was generally clean, but missing some of the attention to detail like small corners and the countertop ice machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while when we went to refill it. Also lots of cobwebs inside and out. One thing I will mention is that we were visiting from across the country and were not aware that we had to provide our own towels until the day before checking in, so we wish that was more clearly outlined in the listing. Overall it was a good stay, with some areas to improve.

Amazing!
We had a lovely time on our summer vacation. The home was neat, clean, updated and had everything we needed. Gerardo was very friendly and checked in with us to ensure our stay was perfect. This is a very short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants, as well as a short drive to so much more. Our two kids enjoyed having their own beds. It was nice that the home came with linens, pillows, bedding and some beach accessories so that we were able to pack a bit more comfortably. We look forward to staying again! Great Place to Get Away
We loved staying in the RV community in Sandbridge. Our rental was clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. Access to the beach, the pool and nearby eateries was awesome. Our favorite thing about the property was the expansive and comfortable porch. We really hope to return again, and maybe stay for a full week. :) Gerardo was a pleasure to deal with.

Long weekend getaway
This rental was perfect my family (4 adults). It was comfortable, clean, and the proximity to the beach was awesome! We were able to relax and enjoy our time together on the porch while my husband grilled our dinners. We enjoyed time at the pool and beach. Communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

Great location and perfect for two adults
The rental was spotless and in a great location near the pool and beach. The owner was excellent about interacting and responding quickly and with needed info. My brother is 6'4" so the fan was a bit hazardous for him. I think this is a perfect place for a couple, maybe with a couple of small kids. The porch area was really cute and comfortable for a large gathering! It was perfect for my brother and his wife; we had a separate unit where we stayed. A wonderful time was held by all of us! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Inside of property was very clean and nice. Nice, quiet neighborhood, the campground pool was wonderful. Beds comfortable, AC worked great (and it was crazy hot when we were there), ice maker in freezer didn’t work but there was a little counter top ice maker and we bought ice at the store which was fine. Gerardo was very nice and responsive and told us to use any beach equipment that he had. The only complaint I have is the amount of spider webs, spiders and bugs on the outside porch and all the railings. We didn’t even want to sit out on the very lovely porch area because of all of it. A quick cleaning of the porch and railings prior to people staying would be great. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely time at this site. It was just right for my husband and I. So close to the beach and the front porch was so nice to sit on in the evening. There were a few issues but Gerardo was great and he took care of everything quickly.

The RV/camper was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. Our host, Gerardo, was absolutely incredible. He was super responsive whenever we needed something and even brought over an air pump when one of my tires got low. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Loved it!
This place was perfect for my family of 3 and our dog! It was so conveniently close to the beach! The owner was very quick to respond and was very friendly! The beach in this area was very laid back and relaxed - we were able to have our pup with us on the beach the whole time and we took her to the restaurants with us as well! We definitely plan to stay again!

We stayed because the location met our needs. The property was not professionally cleaned. We were aware that only bed linens would be provided, but linens were only provided for the bed. Would not advise for anyone over 6 feet tall or cannot step up more than a foot to get into the shower. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with owner was good.
