Commencez votre été dans le BAY BREEZE RETREAT, récemment rénové, situé en retrait de Shore Drive, à quelques pas de la plage de la baie de Chesapeake, ce qui vous permet de prendre une tasse de café pour admirer le lever du soleil! Cette partie de la plage est également connue pour ses couchers de soleil spectaculaires et l'observation des dauphins presque toute l'année!
Le Bay Breeze Retreat est léger et aéré avec un coin repas bien approvisionné en cuisine. Le pont est un endroit paisible et confortable pour se détendre. Il est doté d’une terrasse et d’un barbecue à gaz. Il y a une immense cour ombragée et ombragée pour que vos animaux de compagnie puissent jouer en toute sécurité lorsqu'ils ne vous rejoignent pas sur la plage.
Bay Breeze Retreat propose 2 chambres (1 lit king, 1 lit queen, 1 lit double et 1 lit jumeau) avec de nouveaux lits et draps, ainsi que 2 salles de bain complètes récemment rénovées et une douche extérieure.

Property is spotless and very well appointed and even provided some extras other good rentals don’t offer. We were a bit challenging as our schedule changed and needed some additional accommodation that the host was more than gracious to provide. We walked to the stores, restaurants, and beaches and had a wonderful time.

The size and location of this rental was perfect for our birthday weekend get together. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware. Unit was clean and well furnished. This is our second time at this place. We love the cleanliness and comfort we have there for our family and dogs and the location. The peaceful, friendly residential neighborhood is terrific. The people are so nice, lots of pet friendly facilities and the proximity to the local beach is great! We will be back.

Clean and Walkable to Everything!
We had two parties in our group - adults and teens, and had a wonderful stay during Labor Day weekend. The home was extremely clean with plenty of towels and beach towels. We also walked to restaurants, the beach access, Food Lion, and Blue Cow ice cream. It was also very close to First Landing camping, so we could visit some friends. Overall a fantastic stay! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Loved this place!
This is such a cute beach house! Our family group was 4 adults plus 2 dogs. We stayed 2 nights but this place made me want to stay longer. Lisa has gone over the top to provide everything you might need-- from beach chairs/umbrella/towels/ bag/wagon, to doggie waste bags, laundry supplies, to qtips, cotton balls, full length mirror, and extendable magnifying mirror in the bathroom, to bathrobes with scented refreshment towelettes in the bedroom, to snacks and special local adult beverages in the kitchen. Those were so nice to have! We didn't do any cooking there but the kitchen was well stocked. The beds and large couch were comfy. The outdoor shower made it so convenient to wash off the dogs and beach equipment after a day at the beach. The house location is in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 5 driveways away from the public beach access for the bay. It's a very easy short walk. Just to say, there are approximately 7-10 wooden steps to walk down to the beach. The water was very calm and not deep which made it very enjoyable. The house is within walking distance of lots of restaurants, and the boardwalk is only a short drive away. Lisa responded quickly to any question I had and was accommodating for a special request. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this house to others..

Our stay was perfect. House was clean, lots of extras there when we arrived. Lisa made checking in as simple as it gets. It was perfect. So much great food within walking distance or very close! Beach was awesome. Definitely coming back!

Great little beach cottage
We loved the location of this little rental- just a few steps to the beautiful Chesapeake Bay without all the chaos of the oceanfront resort area of Virginia Beach. The property was immaculate and fully stocked with all we needed for our stay. We appreciate being able to bring our pup with us - she loved the beach. The basket of snacks was a nice suprise on arrival. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Virginia Beach.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach.
This unit is attached to 2 other units, which I did not realize from the listing. Not a problem except some noise from the neighbors at night. Overall, is a nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Owner was very quick to respond when an issue arose during our stay, and remedied the situation ASAP.

Book it!
This stay exceeded our expectations. I am so sad to leave but excited to come back. Lisa provides everything you need to spend time away without bringing your entire life with you! FULLY stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, large couch, Bluetooth speakers, beach supplies/chairs; just to name a few accommodations! When we arrived Lisa had local cocktails in the fridge, snacks and even 2 robes in the master for my husband and I. If you’re thinking about staying at a hotel, forget it and book this place instead!! Imagine making your coffee and walking to the beach to watch the sunrise every morning and sunset each night. Wow what a blessing…. Book it!!!!

Exceptional Beach House!
The house was immaculate, comfortable and perfectly situated with the beach and great restaurants a short walk away. When you check in, there will be snacks and cold adult beverages waiting for you! Only had a couple questions during our stay and Lisa was easy to reach and quick to respond. This is a gem of a beach house! We hope to return for a longer stay! Five Stars!

The property is exactly as described. The hosts were very accommodating and patient. I made a couple errors in booking. So close to the beach. Our dog loved trying to chase the crabs on the beach. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful space in a great location. I stayed here for six days and had my grand children for two nights and felt completely comfortable and safe with them here. Communication with Lisa was great. I absolutely would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to all others.

Long Weekend Get Away
The neighborhood was great - super close to a beautiful park with 20 miles of hiking trails, walking distance to the beach, and many great food options. Very pet friendly neighborhood - our furry friends went with us everywhere. Place was very clean.
