2 bedroom sleeps 6 unit, Oceanfront unit with oceanfront balcony. Full kitchen with living room and dining area. King bed and 2 queen beds. Resort is VERY STRICT on OCCUPANCY, no more than 6 guests sleeping in the units! 1 parking spot free per unit! All units at this resort are DECORATED DIFFERENTLY BY THE RESORT! If you want to see pictures of a specific unit for the dates you are looking for please contact me before booking! All units are the same size as far as 2 bedroom sleeps 6 and same size beds!

The resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $300 hold in case of damages and then release it when you checkout.

Please note, these are Timeshare units. As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask!

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep an cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems!

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.
Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (The Colony Condominiums) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. nor the Landlord/Owner has control over “The Resort” or the cleaning company hired by the resort and Tenant(s) agrees to hold neither VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or Landlord/Owner responsible for any delay in occupancy.
