Welcome to this stunning 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in Wagga Wagga. This enchanting retreat is filled with light, character and boasts incredible views of Wagga. With spacious interiors and thoughtful amenities, it's the perfect getaway for families and friends seeking comfort and space to spread out. From spacious bedrooms to inviting common areas, we've crafted a welcoming environment where you can truly feel at home.
The house is thoughtfully designed with two levels, offering privacy and convenience for all guests. Downstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious casual lounge room and a small dining area. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Please note that this bathroom is scheduled for a remodel and is a convenient addition for large groups. This bathroom is not a showstopper but will satisfy your needs without fuss. Also located downstairs is a separate study with fast and reliable Wi-Fi for those who need to catch up on work or stay connected.
Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and a stunning newly built bathroom. There is a large dining area and adjoining kitchen with high-quality amenities. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a cuppa or coffee on arrival. Essential cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, etc) are provided.
The highlight of this magnificent home lies in its stunning views. Step out onto the front or rear balcony and be mesmerised by the panoramic views of Wagga Wagga. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the city lights twinkle in the distance. An outdoor barbeque and outdoor dining area are provided for your enjoyment.
We understand that pets are an important part of travel, so we gladly welcome outdoor pets. The carefully maintained yards are secure, allowing your furry friends to roam freely and safely.
Conveniently, the house features both internal and external stairs, offering seamless connectivity between the levels. However, guests with mobility issues may find the home unsuitable. There are stairs to enter the house, access the backyard, and internal stairs.
During your stay, take advantage of the nearby attractions and activities Wagga Wagga offers. Explore the vibrant city centre, indulge in local cuisine, or immerse yourself in the area’s rich cultural heritage. We have prepared a folder of our favourite things to eat, see and do.
You are welcome to use the locked garage to park your vehicle. The backyard is large and includes an outdoor dining setting.
As a family-friendly property, we are also pleased to supply kids' books, art pads and a pencil case full of crayons and pencils, Netflix (along with a 55inch new 4K widescreen smart tv), and kids' toys (including some toys for bubs).
We permit pets, however, we do not permit pets inside the house. We have a large secure yard where pets can be accommodated. Our cleaners charge an additional $150 cleaning fee if guests have kept pets inside and this fee will be charged to guests.
There is a ring doorbell on the front gate to the front entrance of the property only. Ring doorbell records audio and visual. The ring doorbell is always on.

Pets - pets are welcome at Beauty Point, however, guests must be mindful of our neighbours and ensure pets are not left alone to cry or bark. Pets that are not comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings are not able to stay.
Noise - our neighbourhood is close to many residential homes. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level.
Check-in / Check-Out - Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave.
