o This is a non-smoking property, including both indoor and outdoor areas near the building.
4. Pets:
o Pets are welcome with prior approval. However, it is your responsibility to:
Clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors.
Ensure your pet does not cause damage or destruction to the property.
Be considerate of other residents and guests in the apartment community.
5. Parking:
o A large parking lot is available for your convenience. Guests may park anywhere within the lot.

To assist our cleaners and ensure smooth turnovers, we kindly ask guests to:
o Gather all used towels and place them in the bathroom.

o Return furniture, pillows, and decor to their original places if moved.
2. Respect Shared Spaces:
As this is an apartment community, please be mindful of shared hallways, entrances, and outdoor areas. Keep noise to a minimum and clean up after yourself in communal spaces.
3. Pet Waste:
o Pet owners must pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
