The apartment was fine but the customer service was awful. They gave us the wrong password for the internet and did not return my emails pleading to provide the correct one. The customer service phone number on the welcome email is wrong. No one answers that number. We did not get a parking pass for two days despite many requests. I asked for parking when I made the reservation but they did not provide access for two days. Aldo took two days to replace the cracked carafe on the coffee maker. I ignored the bad reviews which voce the same kinds of complaints. It's too bad as the location is good and the apartment was comfortable but I spent the first two days of our stay trying without success to reach customer service. You might think that we were not the first renters to object to the erroneous password and they might have corrected the email with that password but you would be wrong. And never once an apology or even a recognition that the password was wrong, the parking access was not provided, the phone number for wrong or even the carafe was cracked.
