Great for a three-generation family
Plenty of beds for a large family, but garage parking was very tight for two midsize vehicles. Only other parking is around the corner. But property was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool!

Great location. The kids loved the pool, water slide, lazy river, and pickleball. We appreciated a bathroom attached to each bedroom, especially when traveling with more than one family. The bunk room was great for all the kids. I also loved being able to bring our dog along. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

We come down to Sand Hollow every year for the Trail Hero event. We’ve come to realize renting a house is the best option for us, and makes our trip more enjoyable. Found this rental last minute and loved every minute. House was located in a newer development, clean and stocked well with the basics. Has an amazing community pool and pickleball court. If you’re like us and travel with a truck and trailer they have lots of trailer parking located in the community. Red Rock was so easy to work with and communicate with. Check in was easy, extending our stay was quickly taken care of and they gave us so much info. Will recommend this to others, and we will be back!!

Great location and great amenities. The slide at the pool didn’t work so my kids were pretty upset about that. Also I wish we had known about the type of TV’s and how every single channel would require a login and password. I wasn’t aware of this going in and didn’t bring any of my passwords so therefore our entertainment was very limited and disappointing. Other than that we had a great time and we were able to relax and feel safe. Thank you

Townhome was extremely clean and inviting. Bedrooms were super convenient for a three generation visit to St George area. Management company did a great job communicating with us throughout. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 with two young kids and our dog had a great long Memorial Day weekend stay. The unit is new with en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs and the master bedroom is downstairs. The unit was quiet even on the busy Memorial Day weekend. It is short drive to St. George and just across the highway from Dino Cliffs and Church Rocks trails.

Overall enjoyed place. Only complaint was that ac is so loud that it woke me up when it kicked on. Sounds like a hurricane is blowing through. Other than that it had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay.

Great place for our family. Had all the things we needed. Loved that they thought of everything, from a blanket by the sofa to games in the kids’ room. Easy instructions for in and out. Would love to return in the near future!
