Take in panoramic lake and mountain views from our sun-drenched beach, enjoy a full range of water sports and amenities, or hit the links with a round of golf at the Eagles Course. Keep the family entertained with activities, including biking, and hiking. Relax and unwind, truly the perfect place to escape and revive!

Nestled in between Mission Hill and Quails Gate wineries and 2 Eagles Golf Course there is no shortage of things to do in the area.

Our unit has a private ground-level entrance, just steps away from your private parking spaces. There are no units close to our patio and front door. The lake and large beach are a short two-minute walk. Everything to make your stay spectacular and memorable, You’ll never want to leave!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The resort heated pool and hot tub are open starting May long weekend till right after Thanksgiving weekend.
- Please note the transaction includes 3% Non-Refundable transaction fees.
- We require the names of all guest(s) who will be staying during your booking.
- No boat slip access.

The unit has hardwood floors on the main floor, and carpet upstairs. Stainless appliances, modern kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, new quartz counter tops - lots of room for cooking and entertaining. Ground floor entry with two parking spaces located directly outside the front door.

The condo features a spacious master bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed on the second floor. There is also a queen pull-out couch in the living room area.

The main bathroom is on the second floor fully stocked, and a second bathroom is on the main floor.

Private patio and play area for kids outside the door. Private patio on the canal with chairs for relaxing beside the water. Sliding glass doors open to a patio with natural gas BBQ and outdoor patio set.

The entire unit is available for guest use including free WiFi, smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, in-suite laundry, keypad entry, and 2 parking spots. Guests will also enjoy the access to pool hot tub and gym facilities.

Barona Beach resort is set on a lakefront property with one of the largest private sandy beaches in West Kelowna. Within a short walk or drive are many wineries along the West Kelowna wine trail, including Frind Estates (closest, 1.2 km), Quails’ Gate, Mission Hill, The Hatch, Volcanic Hills, Mount Boucherie, Beaumont and Little Straw.

It boasts 600 feet of sandy beach, an exquisite common pool & hot tub. Situated directly below the beautiful Mission Hills Winery and Frind Estate Winery.

Barona Beach is a smoke-free complex by strata by law which is strictly enforced with a $200 fine. There is no smoking in public, or private areas or in the condo; there is a designated smoking area.
- Rental Agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. Please read it and sign it.
- Damage deposit will be collected upon booking approval and refunded 3-5 business days after the checkout date.
- Quiet time 10 PM
- No Smoking on or near the building
- No loud music at any time
- A maximum of 6 guests per booking.

- Please no extra guests or visitors to the property without pre-approval from the host.

You are expected to leave the home as you found it - neat, and tidy, with furniture in its rightful place. Guest numbers must not exceed that for which you booked (unless arrangements are made with management);. There is strictly NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO MARIJUANA, OR ANY ILLICIT DRUGS inside OUR HOMES;

Check-in time is strictly 3 pm and Check-out at 10 am. If you require an early check-in or later check-out, we’ll do our best to accommodate it with Early check-in and/ or Late check-out fees (Fees are adjusted on a prorated basis with a minimum of $50), if they are available. But please bear in mind you’ll need to let us know beforehand.

If we have guests leaving or arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late or early check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare the unit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this modern townhome. Kitchen absolutely incredible with all the amenities plus more. Bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds. Parking really convenient right outside the door. Quiet location close to lake and wineries. Host quick to respond. Definitely look forward to stay again soon.

This property has it all! Pool/hot tub access and the property is situated right on the beach. We loved having our morning Java looking at the water from the beach or on the dock. Lovely interior, fully stocked kitchen and lots of towels and beach accessories. Overall, perfect for our ladies getaway and hope to come back again next year!

Wonderful location and exactly as described. Easy pool and beach access, incredible home with all the amenities and wineries and Kelowna proper a within a short drive. We could even walk to Frind for morning coffee or afternoon appetizers! And the view of the Mission Hill winery from the patio was amazing. Loved looking onto the canal from the patio. Everything we needed for a short getaway to the Interior! The hosts were incredibly responsive to anything we asked or needed.

Beautiful, well stocked, clean, West Kelowna property on the lake with a private patio on the canal and large barbecue. Includes a private beach with pool and hot tub. Close to many wineries (Mission Hill is a favorite). Frind Winery is within walking distance. Truck 59 property is shared with their beautiful winery that has a breathtaking view called Crown and Thieves. Twenty minutes to downtown Kelowna shops, restaurants and beaches. Just Perfect!

Casa Del Mar was just perfect! Upon arrival, the first thing you will notice is how well kept and clean the condo is. It had everything a family needs for a comfortable stay (nice bedding, utensils, pots, dishes, etc). The condo was conveniently located with easy access to the beach and pool, and the resort was beautiful. Abir and Mohamed were excellent hosts, they had great communication, making the whole booking process to checkout very easy. Thanks again for this lovely stay. This place was great. Few steps from this cute little beach & heated pool. Kids loved it. And close to a lot of wineries. Our only issue was a leaking fridge & one of the showers didn’t work. Which we did communicate to the owner & they responded promptly.

Amazing accommodations

We were here to meet our grandson for the first time and this accommodation was perfect. The layout of the condo s great with the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The place is well stocked with everything you need. The owner was so helpful and responsive during our stay. Everything exceeded my expectations and this was my first time using VRBO. It was better than studying in a hotel the linens and towels were all great quality. The guidebook that was provided was so helpful and the location is perfect. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains and the pool and hot tub were an extra treat especially due to the cooler weather and the pool being heated. I used the gym every day and again I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely be returning and hope that we will be able to reserve this beautiful place again, as it was so convenient for us to visit with our son and family.. thank you to the owners for a great visit.

Fall getaway

Case Del Mar was perfect for our stay! The unit was clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. Loved being able to park just outside the door with an extra spot for company. Excellent home away from home

We all went on a family vacation with my mom and four siblings, my aunt and two of her daughters. In all our group rented a total of 7 condos. Our condo was by far the cleanest and well stocked. We stayed for two weeks and had enough toilet paper, paper towel, dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags etc to last our whole vacation. My siblings had to make a trip to Costco on the first day to purchase all those necessities. Our host also left us some drinks, snack bars and oatmeal for the morning so that after arriving late I didn’t have to rush to the store for a snack. Also, we had to leave a day early because of unexpected circumstances and when I let my host know he texted several times to check that we were making it home safe. Our hosts were truly amazing and I look forward to booking with them again soon. Amalia and Bill

Beautiful , Bright & Modern on the Water

We were very pleased with this beautiful bright & modern place , as it was well kept , with all new appliances and fixtures , designed well with great furniture , linens , and kitchen ware. The property has a great pool & hot tub , lots of space , large beach and dock with tons of room , and a private patio with a BBQ and plenty of parking. The owners were very accommodating to any changes and great to work with and we will rebook with them for future vacation stays .
