New! The Sunset Pop house is a private oasis with a heated pool! The mid-century home is newly renovated with a resort-style pool. Lounge poolside & soak up the sun! Entertain in a private backyard with a covered patio & outdoor TV. The home has been completely renovated, no detail was overlooked. Great location, short walk to the intercoastal waterway. Minutes to Downtown, beaches, golf, CityPlace, dining, shopping, South Olive Tennis, Brightline station & Palm Beach Int'l Airport. Great for families! **2025 - Monday - Friday during business hours there is construction next door & noise can be heard at the house.

The space: Bright, fun, mid-century modern decor vibe. All the stylish decor is new in this colorful retreat!

Backyard: Recline in a lounge chair poolside by a spacious tropical space. The patio offers ample seating for (6) around the pool. Pool accessories and beach chairs are provided. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. A covered dining area with two fans and a dining table with seating for (6) and an outdoor couch offers the perfect place to hang by the pool. Play a game of cornhole or ping pong on the grassy area with friends. Watch sports on the outdoor TV for the perfect indoor/outdoor experience. Bluetooth speaker provided.

As you enter the home you’re welcomed by an abundance of natural light pouring in through the windows

Kitchen: Seating for (3) at the Island. The open-concept, fully stocked, kitchen features quartz countertops, a waterfall peninsula & stainless appliances. The coffee bar features Kuerig and a drip coffee maker as well as a french press with tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer provided.

Office: (2) dedicated workspaces with desks offer the perfect home away from home. High-speed 600 Mbps Wifi throughout the house even in the backyard! Chargers in all bedrooms.

3 bedrooms -(1) king in the master suite with walk-in closet and (1) queen bed in the second bedroom overlooking the pool, (2) single beds in the spacious third bedroom with plenty enough space for an air mattress.

2 bathrooms- 1 en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a second bathroom with a tub. Complimentary hotel-style toiletries are provided as well as towels.

Living spaces: The first living space has seating for (5) people and the second living space includes seating for (4) people plus a dedicated kid's area with games and books.

Whether you’re staying as a family or a group of friends. The house fits seven guests.

**2025 - There is construction next door with periodic noise during the day on Monday - Friday.

House Rules:
- Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 10:00am
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping music at a reasonable volume.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed.
- No events, parties, or gatherings.
- No disturbing the peace. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.
- All guests must be included in your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.
- ID will be requested prior to stay
- All guests agree to swim at their own risk.
- Pool waiver must be signed in advance of stay.
- No refunds for bugs
- Bikes and scooters are only available with prior permission
- Please note: We have Arlo cameras on the front of the house facing outward towards the street.

Great Stay, except....
Our family has rented several homes in Florida and Arizona over the years, and this one ranks right up there. The house itself and location (proximity to intracoastal, walking trail along water, beach, grocery stores, restaurants, downtown WPB, etc,) lived up to expectation.The one downside to the visit was construction on properties immediately next door and behind this house. There was a demolition crew next door for three days during our visit. Noise from jackhammers and concrete saws was nearly unbearable, and the dust/debris made a mess of the pool and pool deck. Thankfully, a nice public beach was only a 10 minute drive.

This house is such a treat! It is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need, a wonderful outdoor entertainment area and beautiful rooms. We were a group of four and we spent the weekend lounging by the pool, cooking dinners and watching movies in utter comfort. It was easy to find, easy to checkin and super easy to communicate with Stacey who accommodated us so wonderfully. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend a stay at this property!

As Advertised and More!
Stacey, the host, was incredibly responsive, flexible, and generous with accommodating our newborn's schedule. The property and location are as amazing as advertised, but we found even more that impressed us i.e. the master bathroom was exceptional, including integrated Bluetooth speakers in the shower! Would highly recommend and plan to stay again!

Great WPB family vacation!
Our family of four (two teen boys) were in town for a baseball tournament. House was perfectly located between the fields. We definitely enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space including pool & ping pong! Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice oasis easy access to airport/town
The interior of the home was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was great. You might need to do some shopping. The house was not as conveniently stocked with toiletries as some VRBOs..no Kleenix, mini shampoos (just conditioner), etc, and no laundry soap. The kitchen was sparsely stocked. There were very few cooking utensils and pans but worked for the two of us as we were doing light cooking. If you are looking to cook for a large group, you might need to purchase some items. The outdoor gas grill was functional and appreciated benefit. The outside pool was decorated with some landmines from some animal, but there was a handy hose to clean it off the pool deck. The pool bottom was a little dirty but not horrible. It could have been a recent storm that blew dirt in. There was a handy net so I was able to clean the top of bugs and debris. The outdoor dining area including an outdoor TV made sitting outside a highlight of the trip. The neighborhood itself felt a little run-down the neighbor's dogs were not shy about giving a choral performance during the day. The house was convenient to the airport and downtown West Palm. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The management team was very communicative and responsive.

My husband and I, with our college aged kids, stayed for a week at this beautifully appointed house. The photos represent the listing exactly and the pool was immaculate. It was the perfect place to stay while visiting my parents who live in a retirement community in the area, relax and enjoy West Palm Beach. Perfect vacation getaway!
This is a wonderful vacation getaway! The pictures are are a perfect representation of the house and amenities. Stacey had excellent communication and responded quickly. We spent our whole time enjoying the backyard which has all you need for outdoor living. The house was clean and modern, the neighborhood is in a great location, and we were lucky with beautiful weather. Highly recommend this location!

We had a great stay! The house was extremely comfortable. The shower was huge and relaxing. And...we literally had a conversation about the awesome floors. The house looks just like the photos. We played ping pong and relaxed in the pool. The lights turned on at night around the pool and it was gorgeous. Then they turned off on a timer so we could sleep. The neighborhood and area are great and quiet.

Arrived from NYC with mother and 3 year-old daughter to surprise my grandmother with a fun birthday stay-cation in her hometown. House was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Home had everything you needed —well stocked with many essentials for both adults and children; games, pool towels, as well as a generous starter supply of coffee/tea, paper towels, toilet paper, and washer/dryer pods. Owner also provided welcome bottle of wine. Beds were very comfortable. Bed linens and bathroom towels were limited but washer/dryer is available for a quick wash, if needed. I did not read through the description as thoroughly as I typically do when renting so I was surprised when I realized there was no dishwasher but I was in the company of two women who prefer washing their dishes by hand so I got lucky. Lots of available charging units for mobile devices, etc. by the beds and throughout the house. The house is modern, simple, incredibly clean. However, the backyard is hands down the standout and most noteworthy part of the entire home. We spent the majority of our time there. The owners attention to every detail came through and they created the perfect backyard oasis. We swam, we enjoyed breakfast/lunch/dinner outdoors, and we comfortably binged on an entire Netflix series all outdoors! The large sectional and dining table; outdoor television, ping pong table and pool were giving some serious villa vibes. It was PERFECTION. The two outdoor fans kept us cool throughout the day, and the twinkling lights around the patio gave it a very fun vibe in the evening. The outdoor living space is very well covered so we were able to enjoy the outdoors while the rain fell around us with no issues, NEVER having to rearrange furniture to avoid getting wet. Really amazing space. Neighborhood was a quiet, residential area. We arrived during rainy/hurricane season so we did not do much walking but it is a quick drive to Palm Beach and to/from the airport (both 9 minutes). Many takeout options. We also had groceries delivered allowing more pool time. Great rental. Recommend.
