Profitez de vos vacances à Whistler avec style et de superbes vues sur les montagnes. Cette maison de ville exécutive de quatre chambres est à cinq minutes à pied du village et à 10 minutes à pied des remontées mécaniques / télécabine. Juste derrière la maison de ville à 100 pas de la porte d'entrée se trouve une navette qui prend deux minutes pour se rendre aux remontées mécaniques. C'est très pratique.
Le niveau principal comprend une grande pièce, une cuisine et une salle à manger et une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec un lit queen-size et un lit escamotable simple en prime.
A l'étage, il y a deux chambres king size avec salle de bain attenante. La troisième chambre a des lits superposés queen. Il y a deux salles de bain à l'étage et une troisième salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée.
Cette maison de ville exécutive peut accueillir 8 personnes très confortablement, avec de la place pour tout le monde. Grande taille pour les familles et les amis!
Cuisine gastronomique complète avec comptoirs en granit, machine à expresso Keurig, frange sous zéro, cuisinière à gaz, planchers d'ardoise chauffants, réfrigérateur à vin séparé et toutes les cloches et sifflets pour la cuisine gastronomique.
Le salon confortable a des plafonds voûtés et une immense cheminée en pierre de rivière avec une cheminée à gaz. Pour les mois d'été, il y a la climatisation.
Trois salles de bain complètes, toutes entièrement équipées et avec des comptoirs en granit.
Profitez du bain à remous extérieur privé pendant que vous sirotez un cocktail dans la cour arrière.

Great home! Four bedrooms with big beds. Just outside the village, with a bus stop steps away. About a 20 minute walk to blackcomb village. Was perfect for our ski trip, would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay for our large ski group
Stayed here for 5 days with a larger group and it was perfect! Home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Private hot tub was especially wonderful after a long day of skiing. The shuttle line to the village is right around the corner (you’ll need to download an app called Umo for the city bus and it’s 2.50 to ride), but the walk was totally do able. The beds were comfy, table was large enough for group dinners, and the large couch allowed everyone to relax comfortably. Jeff was great at communicating check-in/check-out instructions. Thanks so much for hosting us and making our vacation a success! We’ll definitely be back!

Great Location!
Great location, just a short walk to the village. We were a group of 6, plenty of space for us. Well equipped kitchen.Hot tub is a nice feature, it's just steps out of the back door. Overall a very cozy place.

Spent the weekend and had a great all-around experience. The unit was a perfect fit for our group with room to spare, and the host was incredibly accommodating and fantastic to deal with. Perfect for our family
With so many options at Whistler, it can be daunting to choose a rental property. We lucked out in finding this spot. Jeff was great to work with, very responsive. We were a party of 8 that included a 12 and 2 y/o. Sleeping configurations worked well to manage the different sleep schedules. The big draw for us was the location- it really is a 5 min walk to the Village!

Great Stay!
We had a great time at Jeff's place for our trip in August. Townhome had everything we needed and plenty of space for our two families. The home was clean and well appointed, beds were more comfortable than many other VRBOs we have stayed at, and the open kitchen/dinning/living room area downstairs made it easy for everyone to hang out together. Private Hot Tub is always great to have, and we liked the little grass lawn in the back for playing catch. Kids also liked being able to ride bikes around the big inner circle road of the neighborhood without worrying about being on a main road. Location was great for the summer, easy walk or bike ride into the village as the Valley Trail is right behind the unit. We go to Whistler once or twice every summer and will look to stay at Jeff's townhome again if it is free.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff's place. Well equipped. We had no issues with the 4th bedroom as previous reviews. No windows but was nice given how early the sun comes up! The location to Whistler village was super convenient and very walkable. Would stay again.

Overall, everything was fantastic. Our only hiccup was that online the bedroom with balcony had a king bed pictured. Arriving at condo, a queen bunkbed was set up in balcony room. Not that big of a deal, but had been looking forward the featured arrangement.

Perfect for our family group
We had 2 families staying at this property and it was perfect for us. We played boardgames at the kitchen table, lounged on the huge couch and cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and had big beds and you can walk to everything in the village. Jeff offered great suggestions for our time in the village and was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay just a few notes to consider
Overall we had a great time staying at this house with a group of 4 couples! Jeff was super responsive in his communication leading up to check in and as we had questions throughout the stay. The living space was nice to all hangout after skiing and the location was walkable to the village. A few things to consider as you book: the garage does not have space for a car, it is just for ski storage as one of the bedrooms was created by converting the garage into a bedroom. There is one space in the driveway for a car and then visitor parking just around the corner from the house. One of the 'king beds' is actually two twin beds combined by a mattress pad - it was still comfortable but different from the photos and description. Lastly, while somewhat out of the host's control we were not able to use the hot tub for the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay as it was not working due to low water. Jeff was quick to have maintenance come the next morning but that required draining and refilling the tub which set the temperature back down to 45 degrees and took a full day to warm up to hot tub temperatures.

Perfect Ski Trip Property
Stayed at this property this past weekend with a group of friends for a ski trip, and this is the perfect spot. We had plenty of space for our group of 8 and really enjoyed spending time in the unit cooking dinner and using the hot tub. The property is well cared for and very conveniently located, so it is easy to get to and from the mountain to ski. Communicating with Jeff was easy and great. Thank you!

Ski Trip Success!
Everything about our stay was perfect thanks to the Birch’s place. It comfortably slept our party of 8 guys (had to split the king beds but we knew that going into it). The room with the Murphy bed is converted from the garage, but it was perfect for our loudest snorers. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a handful of the normal cooking essential spices. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing and even when it had a hiccup with the temperature the maintenance crew was there immediately to fix it. The walk to the bus stop and marketplace was a tad longer than expected but also helps stay away from the noise of the town, so worth the few blocks I’d say. Overall it was the perfect house for an amazing trip and we would highly recommend!
