The arcade room at Kingsgate is something special- it’s totally free to enter and you’ll have access to tons of games, including xbox and wii game systems.
You’ll love the onsite mini movie theater that shows films throughout the week.
This resort features an adults-only pool, and indoor and outdoor pools with a hot tub.
Kingsgate is ideally located near great restaurants and local shopping, so you won’t miss a beat before getting out there and exploring the area!
The kiddos will love the resort’s putt putt course, playground, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and snack bar for easy day time treats.

The Two Bedroom Deluxe Suite has a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and another king-size bed in the guest bedroom with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Full kitchen has a coffee and tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster, cookware, and flatware. Washer/dryer in unit, and private balcony. Room comforts include cable TV, DVD player, hairdryer, AM/FM alarm clock, iron and ironing board. Max occupancy: 6, 1,016 sq. ft.

A mandatory $7.00 daily fee per suite. As this is a timeshare property, you may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting or timeshare tour. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. As our guest, you are in no way obligated to attend these meetings. Please be aware that any fees or costs associated with your voluntary participation is at your sole discretion and responsibility.
Please communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in at the time of booking. This is a requirement of the resort and helps to offer a secure and convenient check in experience for our guests. Please consider arrival plans so that whoever arrives first is able to gain access to the suite. The resort does charge $99 to change this information once it's been registered and the final confirmation has been sent.
A major credit card is required for a $250 refundable security deposit at check-in. Incidentals which are incurred during your stay (including dining, transportation, golf, or other services) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Any additional resort fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
The resort does their very best to ensure the suites are ready for check-in by 4 pm or earlier. However, sometimes housekeeping delays do occur. In these instances, the resort is happy to complete the check-in paperwork and store your luggage so you can relax and begin using the amenities. We are not able to offer compensation or refunds related to check-in delays.
