Stunning views of Lake Champlain

Camp Massasoit is located on the beautiful banks of Lake Champlain. This property is a non-smoking and pet-free property. We hope you choose to make our home your own and fully enjoy the peacefulness and beauty that the North Country has to offer. We take pride in ensuring your stay is both relaxing and fulfilling, with all the amenities you would expect to find in your own home.

Regardless of the season or length of your stay, you’ll discover something special to do as you enjoy time with family, friends, and loved ones. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are numerous hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as resorts for skiing and snowshoeing. If you prefer to explore local vineyards and breweries, go shopping, ​g​o antique hunting, or perhaps simply relax around the fire with a good book, you have arrived at the perfect destination! Our "leaf lookers" will not find a more picturesque landscape in all of Adirondack Country than right here. Our privately owned and beautifully maintained beach is just a few steps away for those who wish to soak up the sun and sand. If you’re an angler, feel free to cast a line from our storm wall and bring home dinner!

We value adult time just as much as family time, so our home accommodates up to 14 guests. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a​ half downstairs​ with a washer and dryer. Your little ones and teens will feel right at home and comfortable in their own space downstairs, which features a flat-screen television, ​dartboard, Foosball table, games, popcorn maker​, and a mini-refrigerator just for them.

Family fun on Lake Champlain

The home was beautifully maintained with stunning views. We slept six adults and three children (9,4, and 3) comfortably. Loved deck. Large dining room table was also a plus. Would recommend highly.

House on Lake Champlain

This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and spacious with all the amenities of home. We had a very large group that occupied the entire house. Everyone we met was very nice and friendly. Access to Burlington, Plattsburgh and the surrounding area was easy. We recommend spending a bit of time researching Farmers Markets and Farm Stands. There are lots to see within a 30-40 minute drive. We’re already planning our return next year.

Camp on the Lake

Beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Many activities within the area. Lots for kids to do. We were close to the ferry to Vermont. Climbed a mountain. Camp was clean and accommodated all of us, plus. Foliage was beautiful! Had a wonderful stay. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful House

My family has history in Willsboro so we were familiar with the area but had never stayed in this house before. It has beautiful views of the water. It has plenty of beds and linens. They provided coffee, sugar, filters, cookware, spices and basic needs like toilet paper and paper towels which was very convenient. Being from Texas, I was surprised to discover that this house has no central heat and air conditioning. I assumed it did, then verified it was not on the listing but we found it fairly comfortable without it. They have lots of light in the main living areas which are on dimmer switches and provided little fans in most of the rooms which is good because there are no ceiling fans in the house (again, it’s a Texas thing). I think we would stay again in the future and I have recommended this house to family who plan on visiting next year too.

Lovely weekend away!

The house is very cute and nicely done. The views of the water are beautiful. We had a fire each night outside and then, when it got later, came inside and started a fire in the inside fireplace - lovely! Our boys, ages 6 and 10, enjoyed fishing and playing foosball. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking/eating in. We would definitely consider coming back to stay!

Weekend on the lake

Our stay at the house was great. We had a group of 12 people stay at the house for a long weekend. The view is amazing and easy access to boat rentals near by we’re a bonus for us. Everyone had a great time.

Loved our getaway at this beautiful & peaceful lake house! Lots of places to sit (both inside and outside) and enjoy the view. The kids loved the game room and access to the lake. I would love to go back!

Spacious home in beautiful locale

This is a spacious, comfortable house in a magical location - it's truly right on the lake with swimming out your door. Do wear swim shoes if possible - it's a rocky bottom (although there's also a largely sandy entrance point just a 3 minute walk away). Great kitchen and comfortable hang out areas in and outside. We had some glitches getting in (incomplete door code and the wifi stuff), but calling the after hours number worked well - they were very responsive (and the wifi problem was because they were in the middle of changing companies...once it was fixed it worked well - no problems). We loved our stay!

What an amazing weekend getaway!

Great lakeside trip

Had a blast with my and my sister’s family (4 adults and 4 teenagers). The house was fantastic with its views of the lake. We also enjoyed trips to Lake Placid, Stowe, and Burlington from the house. Lots to see and do.
