Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Winter Haven is the up and coming city. Be sure to hunt for antiques in Winter Haven, which is part of Florida's Antique Loop. The area features 554 fresh water lakes, providing for great fishing and water sports. 11 minutes from Legoland! Super nice beautiful area. The beds were firm and hard I felt Like I was sleeping on the floor but I know every ones bed type is different I like softer bouncy like a cushion. But other than that everything was wonderful!

The bare minimum was suppled. I did not receive check in or check out instructions. When my daughter and I arrived, I called twice with no answer and rang the smart door bell with no answer as well. A neighbor attempted to contact cleaners so we could get in, but was not successful. Eventually the door unlocked by itself and 1/2 hour later a message with the code came though the app. We asked for the WiFi password that evening and received an incorrect password 12 hours later. I let them know it did not work and many hours later we received the correct password. The house was newer, large enough for a family larger than our 5 and comfortable. This could easily be a wonderful experience with cleaner check in/out instructions. A printout inside with things about the house (WiFi password) and a couple more convinces like enough bath tissue and paper towels.

Whoever the property manager is needs to be fired. I was given no instructions about the property or how to obtain keys. I stood in front door trying to reach the owner/vrbo/property manager, it took over 30mins to get a hold of someone with the access code. All the remotes either had dead batteries or malfunctioning so I wasn't able to turn bedroom light on or turn the fan down when sleeping (very frustrating). The same remote issue was with the tv remote. A positive was that the house was very clean.

Must have been a newer rental as the amenities were scarce - however when we questioned the owner he next day delivered the kitchen utensils we asked about so very responsive. The door code was also incorrect upon check in but owner quickly set a new code within 10 minutes remotely. Everything else was good.

Overall good stay
The location was further from Legoland than we had thought which is why we went with this property to begin with, but wasn’t too bad. There was some dirt and a dead spider behind the door where the toilet is in the master bathroom, but overall very clean and roomy. The bunkbeds and amount of rooms were perfect for us. Would recommend for a large family

I rented this 4 bedroom house for my parents and I, just the 3 of us. The house is new, clean and spacious. Those are the highlights. They provide nothing; no shower soap, ironing board, complimentary coffee nor anything else one would expect for $185 per day. We had ants all over the kitchen walls and countertops. I could bare through those inconveniences but the part that got to me was the communication, lack thereof. Everytime there was an issue, like getting locked out of the house due to the keypad not working. The individual who is listed on VRBO had to call his mother to resolve the issue. My elderly parents and I were locked out of the house for 40mins in the florida heat and could not reach anyone and when we reached him, we had to wait for his mother to resolve the issue. I haved over 50 stays at VRBO homes. This is my FIRST bad review; I am a very understanding and patient person. It appears these owners are in it just for the money! We were in the house late at night to mid-morning only. We were not asking for much.

The house was perfect for our family stay while attending a wedding. The most clean VRBO we have ever stayed in. I was very pleased, the comfort exceeded my expectations. The layout was great and I would go back. One note, do not use the hyperlink address. Type the address into your map app of choice. There are new neighborhoods in the area which led to misdirection.

Positives Very Clean Location Communication with owner was great Had all you need for kitchen Negatives Beds have plastic covers on them that make you feel like a child. Can’t move without waking up or waking up your spouse Beds are very uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the owner and he went and bought a pillow top pad to help but it didn’t at all. Woke up stiff and sore everyday Furniture was very cheap. Chair broke when a person that weights less than 120lbs sat in it. One uncomfortable couch and an Walmart coffee table Only 1 TV in the place. No TVs in rooms Ran out of toiletries and had to go buy them ourselves

This home was immaculate! We were very comfortable during our stay, and had everything we needed right there in the home. The house was impeccably clean, which allowed us to relax and just enjoy being away. The home was very close to Legoland, which is why we were in town. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for beautiful,reasonably priced home to say in during a vacation.

New home needs attention to detail
This is a new build and needs some help. Fridge and freezer did not work. We messaged about this and got no reply about it. We did get fairly prompt relies to other issues. GPS has a hard time with this address. Missing simple items like tongs to grab hot food, no oven pan to reheat food. Very bare bones home. Worst thing is in the bedrooms. The ceiling fans are positioned over the top bunk beds 19" inches inside the rail of the bed and only 28" higher than the bed. So the blade literally is spinning right over half of the bed. One of our kids heads was smashed by the fan blade. Took a ton of pictures of this as it is incredibly unsafe. Not nearly as close to Legoland as we expected. The layout of the house is great for families, but the owner needs to make it more friendly of a place to stay.
