Beautiful new, comfy condo
Condo was very nice - spacious. all new, high end finishes. We enjoyed our stay very much.The only negative was sound transmission from other condos via the duct work. On our last night we went to be only to be awakened by loud voices and music - apparently from the TV in the adjoining condo.

Great location, great place
This condo was very nice. Everything you could want for a vacation, extremely easy process. If you're going to the mountain, there is a bus that picks up and stops off literally at the front door. Look for the yellow line schedule. Several other lines drop off 100 yards away.

Very comfortable spot!
This place has a spacious kitchen and nice modern feel, everything worked and we loved that there were extra pillows, blankets, bath and kitchen towels. The parking spot (w/EV charger) is tight but pretty perfect during the winter. Host was quick and easy to communicate with for our few questions. We walked to The Ditch on 40 for yummy margaritas and drove to Hernando's Pizza, our kids favorite. Sweet location! THANK YOU!

Fall getaway
We visit Winter Park several times a year. This was our first Fall visit. If you've never been in the fall, I highly recommend it! The colors are as beautiful as I've ever seen in New England. Now for the review. This is a nice, well appointed condo, located one block off Hwy 40. We walked everywhere, only getting the car out when leaving town. The parking garage was tough for us and it was mostly empty. If it had been full, we could not have navigated it. The parking spots are very close to each other with little maneuvering room. We were driving a Ford Expedition and we ended up parking outside. The area around the condo is under construction, with more condos, so the view wasn't great. The kitchen had almost everything I needed. There were no trash bags so we used a paper bag in the trash can until I asked for a few from the cleaning lady next door. She was gracious to give me a couple, even though it wasn't her unit. Plenty of coffee and leftover filters. A few odds and ends in the pantry, like most rentals. Andrew was very helpful and answered all questions I had and kept in touch thru out the week. There's a cabinet full of games; extra linens and pillows. Overall, the condo was perfect for us.

Fall Getaway
Overall, this was a really decent place to stay. The location was great (walkable to restaurants, shopping, bars, hiking trails). We saw a moose walking through town not far from the condo. It was mostly clean, although the master shower needed to be cleaned. We appreciated the underground parking garage and the large & clean hot tub, thick towels, and fairly comfortable beds. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms or kitchen that we could find. There was good coffee, tea, paper towels, and some other items in the condo for our use for which we were grateful. It was quiet (even shut out construction noises across the street). Due to our late flight, we arrived after dark and had no way of locating our condo. There was no clear signage, and the area was not well lit. We called the property manager, and had to leave a message and never did receive a response. We kept trying our entry code in various parking garages and finally found the correct one. All in all, it was a favorable experience.

Weekend at Winter Park
Great location, close to town and easy shuttle to the mountains. The condo was perfect and the jacuzzi and fire pit area were wonderful. Andrew was very helpful and easy to connect with.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s a terrific location where you can easily walk to restaurants and we enjoyed the community hot tub. The whole unit could use a good vacuuming, but otherwise we found it very comfortable!

The unit was great, brand new, in good condition and in an excellent location in Winter Park. It was clean and well-stocked. The only issue is that the garage has low clearance and we couldn’t get our car into it with a roof box. Entering and leaving the unit with gear was a pain. If you don’t have a roof box. The garage is heated and would be very convenient.

This condo is brand new. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The location is perfect and about a 2 minute walk to downtown Winter Park. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Well Furnished Great Location
Great property. All furnishings were excellent quality including the mattresses. We had an issue with a recurring noise in one of the bedrooms the first night and the management company was quick to respond. Would recommend.
