Description:
Escape to this charming cottage on Wollaston Lake, just a short 15-minute drive from Coe Hill for all your needs. This well-appointed cottage has a cozy interior with an open-concept kitchen and living area, providing you with all the comforts of home. The real highlight here, however, is the breathtaking panoramic view of Wollaston Lake that will take your breath away!

Step outside onto the expansive deck that wraps around the front and side of the cottage, complete with a delightful screened-in gazebo. If you're in the mood for some outdoor fun and relaxation, there's also a campfire pit where you can gather around and watch the sunset and roast marshmallows under the stars.

The cottage features 3 bedrooms, a pull-out couch, and two rustic bunkies one with 2 bunk beds, and the other with four single beds. The cottage is situated on an elevated spot with a pathway leading down to the lake. This elevated vantage point offers breathtaking and unparalleled lake vistas. There is a shore road allowance that runs between the base of the cottage hill and the dock (please refer to the pictures). It's approximately 135 walking paces down the forest trail, across the road allowance, and then to the path leading to the dock. Additionally, there's a parking spot available at the dock if you prefer to drive down instead.

The lakeside area features a generously sized deck (measuring 28 x 20) where you can relax and soak up the surroundings. The dock itself extends out over the water (24 x 6), extends out over the water.

By the lakeshore, you'll discover a shed with water toys, a bar fridge, and a microwave, making it the perfect spot for a full day by the lake. The shallow rock entry at the water's edge gradually slopes to deeper water at the end of the dock (approximately 15 feet deep), providing an ideal location for swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking in the beauty of Wollaston Lake.

Whether you're looking to swim, fish, or just ready for relaxation, this cottage provides a great setting to enjoy the pleasures of lakeside living along with stunning lake views, sunsets, and vistas!

This picturesque secluded cottage over looking Walliston Lake is roomy and gives the feeling of warmth and coziness you look for in a cottage. The owners have gone to great lengths to think of everything you would need.à have a greaenjoy your stay.

Perfect for families!
My fiance, myself and our 5 children just returned home this weekend from our week long stay at the breath taking Wollaston Lake! It is exactly as its pictured and is very clean. There was more then enough space to fit all of us comfortaby, and still have room to spare. The kitchen s FULLY stocked with dishes, cook ware, etc. Nice bonus was the board games they have for the kids and I to play on the rainy day we got. It is a bit of a tricky walk to and from the lake (going up is a bit exerting but not impossible lol), but very worth it! Best advice is to pack the provided cooler bag and spend the day down there. They proved a variety of water toys and fishing gear so everyone can enjoy the water. Its great for swimming, with minimal seaweed and a great view. Water temp was perfect on hot days! The dock has a ladder and is good for jumping off of. Best advise would be to bring water shoes for the slippery rocks! Only issue we had was the lack of warning about the initial part of the driveway to get into the cottage. It is very steep, gravel, and has huge pot holes all up it that are filled with loose rocks. I luckily have an SUV with a V6 engine so I managed after the second attempt but it still was not easy and we spun out almost everytime. Would not recommend for anyone with a low rider type car or lack of traction. We absolutely loved our stay at the well taken care of family cottage at Wollaston Lake!
