Cozy and Comfortable is how our guests describe this home to be!
Our newly renovated ranch home is close to Downtown Woodstock, Shops, Restaurants, Costco, the Outlets, 575, and 92 Hwy!
The space
This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms; One King, One Queen, and Two Twin beds.
The open floor plan flows from the Kitchen to the Family room, designed for entertaining. Cook your meals in the new kitchen with custom white, slow-close cabinets, all-new stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops that sets the tone of this home. Smart TV and high-speed wireless internet can be accessed from all rooms. Plenty of space for parking up to 4 cars.
The washer & Dryer are located in the basement if you need to use them and it is free of charge.

Please note: We also rent the detached 1b/1b guest house on this platform.
The Pool will open From April 5th through Sep 7th 2024.

We enjoyed the property and its location to downtown Woodstock. The only improvement that I would suggest is more lighting along walkway and driveway. However, the home was super clean and well stocked kitchen.

Nice spacious house.
Our family stayed in this house for my Father-in-law's celebration of life. It was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It was too cool to swim, but the pool was large. There was a gas grill and a fire pit out back. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay again.

This house was perfection. If we could buy it we would. House had everything we needed, was clean, and such an easy location to Atlanta & Marietta. Pool was lovely and backyard was so serene. We will definitely be back and stay again!

This is a very nice property and close to downtown. It was clean and well laid out. Some things to consider for future guests - provide more dishes and silverware, keep the air fresheners to a minimum, repair the exhaust fan in the primary bathroom and consider replacing the window blinds. Thank you for making your house available to us.

We enjoyed our time here. Neighborhood nice, house was nice. Many amenities. We had 3 couples and more than enough room for all. Would definitely stay here again. Beginning of sidewalk near driveway was a bit precarious. Only complaint.

Tranquil and Relaxing
We rented this property to be near East Cobb Park for son’s baseball tournament. Very close location to the park, grocery, and food. Nice to not have to fight traffic. House is on quiet street with just residential traffic. Downtown area is so nice and we wished we had time to enjoy it more. Home is beautifully remodeled and very clean. The pictures are 100% accurate of the inside. Had all amenities that we needed to cook and wash clothes. Our boys enjoyed the large pool everyday and we had plenty of space to enjoy outside. Definitely would recommend and would rent again if we are back here for another tournament.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The only thing I might suggest is an additional TV somewhere in the home and a few more plates and bowls in the kitchen. Also, it would have been nice to have more towels.

Amazing Host and Prooperty
It is really convenient to downtown. Has all the needed amenities and have a pool and nice backyard. My husband and I worked remotely for 3 days during our stay and took work calls from the Patio, the backyard and the Pool area. Wifi was great. overall, really nice stay and the house is exactly like the pictures. We loved our stay at this house.

Perfect Woodstock
New listing that the owners/property managers have done a beautiful job renovating. It was perfect for our two couples spending several days hiking and exploring Woodstock and the surrounding area. A real pleasure to come back after a long day to relax in such pleasant surroundings. The location is just minutes from downtown Woodstock with its many shops and restaurants. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with, easy to contact, responsive, and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
