Ocean View Private Lodge sur 1. 3 acres!

Vue panoramique sur l'océan Aha Lodge possède une maison de 3500 pieds carrés sur 1. 3 acres. Une trouvaille rare pour les grands groupes. Louez votre propre lodge! Pas besoin de louer deux ou trois petites maisons. Nous possédons 7 chambres. 3 1/2 bains. Cuisine complète / buanderie. Immense salle de 30 X 20 et un deuxième salon séparé. Vous pouvez vous étendre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et vous rapprocher. Notre rez-de-chaussée est très adapté aux personnes handicapées. Nous avons des meubles en cuir, des fenêtres et des portes mises à jour, des revêtements de sol en carrelage et en bois lamellé neuf.
Formidable pour les mariages, les réunions de famille, les retraites. sessions de formation, amateurs (quilters etc). Yachats est une belle petite ville au pied des montagnes nichées le long de l'océan Pacifique. Nous sommes près de Cape Perpetua, Devil's Cove, sentiers, plages, pêche, visites touristiques. L'Oregon est génial. Extrêmement beau. Veuillez noter que mon établissement peut accueillir 18 adultes et enfants supplémentaires de 4 ans et moins.

Perfect for large multi family get togethers
I loved this property so much. We had such a great time. Communication was top norch. They answered multiple questions prior to arriving. The 2 week old baby could sleep and not get woken up. Everyone else could continue chatting amd playing games. The arrangement of bedrooms was perfect. 2 family rooms helped when the teenagers wanted a break from us adults. We will definately be renting again. They have every dish you might need which was great.

Perfect Home for Large Family
This home was perfect for our family of 10! We loved that there were plenty of bedrooms with queen beds and that there was plenty of seating at the dining room table so we could all eat together. The home was clean and comfortable and a very short distance from the 804 trail that leads to the beach. We drove to smelt sands to park which was about a one minute drive but you could easily walk about 10 minutes and be there. The tidepools at low tide were beautiful here along the 804 trail! This house is perfectly situated in Yachats with only a 10 minute drive to Cape Perptua which is so beautiful and one of our favorite places! It's also very close to Strawberry Hill where we enjoyed watching the sea lions, looking at the tidepools, and hunting for agates. We would highly recommend this home for a large group looking for space!

Great family gathering spot
The Aha Lodge was the perfect gathering spot for our family gathering. The view of the ocean and the balcony are amazing. The house is huge and has plenty of space for large groups. The kitchen has all needed equipment and the 4 dining room tables provide ample space for cooking and serving to large groups. The grill, fire pit and large private lot made it easy to spend time outside. And the owner Candy was great with communication, very responsive, and comfortable to work with. Can't say enough good things about this rental and owner.

Great private stay for large group
The house is huge. The listing doesn’t even give it the credit it deserves as a very roomy and comfortable place to take a large group of people. It would be perfect for groups and retreats. We had a wonderful time there. We had everything we needed. And more than ample amenities. The beds were comfortable. All of the beds, Even the twin beds. We especially enjoyed the grill in the garage. We pulled it out and Cooked hamburgers and hotdogs on it. It is not the traditional grill, it is even better than the traditional grill. There was plenty of room for everyone and all of my friends and family had a great time. We booked it for my granddaughter‘s wedding which was taking place in Yachats. I would recommend anyone stay here. You just won’t be disappointed. And you will really enjoy s’mores over the open fire pit. We did

Family Reunion on the Coast
We’ve stayed here twice for two family reunions with 11 adults and 7 kids (11 and under). There is plenty of space and we love the open kitchen/living room and deck ocean view. The kids love the play structure and the big yard for throwing footballs and playing tag. We loved the location close to several beaches, tide pools, and hikes. There’s a small grocery store and a Dollar General close by. Bigger grocery stores are about 30 minutes away. Communication with the host was fantastic. We had a few questions and got responses right away. The house is reasonably clean (just don’t move any furniture). The kitchen is well stocked. The house is certainly dated but that didn’t bother us. It was a comfortable and affordable place in a beautiful setting for our family reunion.

Amazing family home!
What a fun house! This was the perfect place for our family of 16 to celebrate Thanksgiving together. So great to have a big kitchen, large dining table, and comfy living room all in one space. And enough bedrooms for everyone! It was close enough to walk into Yachats, and the ocean view is beautiful. Can't wait to visit again!

This was the location for my wedding reception on 10/28/2023. It was a BEAUTIFUL location with easy access to grocery stores and the ocean. We were able to watch the sunset from the living room. Our group of 11 women loved our weekend at Aha Lodge! There was plenty of room for group activities, as well as private areas if someone needed their own space. We were fortunate to have fantastic late September weather, so that added to the enjoyment. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful
We are siblings and spouses, ages 74 to 94, two of them with wheel chairs. The house was very handicapped friendly and lots of room and a great view of the ocean.we all agreed the beds were very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach and the ones of us that were able walked down the beach everyday the four days that we were there. We all had a WONDERFUL time.

Great for Groups with Beautiful Views
This house has amazing views of the Pacific and is great for big groups. There are lots of rooms and beds, and even an extra bed that wasn't listed originally. There were 18 people in the house but it felt like there was only 5 because of all the space. We had a wedding at Heceta Head and it was perfect for the bridal party and all our stuff.

reTREAT in Yachats!
This was an amazing, quiet and beautiful escape to the coast. We had a group of 12 women who were able to relax in such a spacious place! Kitchen was well equipped, living area was huge, beds were comfy and Candy was so so so lovely to work with. We will definitely be back next year! Can’t wait!

Overall beautiful house
Beautiful house and location. However im not sure if the house was thoroughly cleaned as well as i feel it should have been. Within 45 minutes our feet were black from the floors and under beds had tons of dirt and hair. Its no fault of the owners but the beach was significantly harder to get to then i had thought. Candy was lovely when things went unfortunate for us though! We had a great time overall, thank you for having us!

We were happily surprised by the gorgeous ocean view! The home was huge and accommodating for the entire family. A huge bonus attraction was the 3 deer that came to the yard almost every day. So awesome.
