It is located in the heart of downtown and a short walk to Yellowknife's many businesses including Federal and GNWT's buildings, restaurants, walking trails and main attractions
The space opens up to a fully equipped kitchen, then as you walk towards your extra comfortable foam mattress bed, you will notice a seating area with a couch, chair along with a table to sit on and work at. The living room has a beautiful leather sofa and a chair next to a foldable table that can be used as a dining table. There is netflix on the TV also.

For parking, you can park your vehicle in the driveway.
If you don't have a vehicle, then you can:
- walk to almost anywhere downtown as everything is 5-7 minutes of walk.
- You can call the City cab, Yellowknife cab or the Aurora Taxi to get around.
- The city also has a car share that is available for $10/hr or they have weekly rates also. You can find more information on YKcarshare's website.
