Villa Pearl- family friendly vacation house

Located in Cape Coral´s idyllic southwest, Villa Pearl offers up to 6 guests a cozy, quiet stay. While the garden is adorned with lush palm trees, the interior features tasteful wood furniture, large rooms and plenty of natural light.

In the living area, you will find an extra-large leather couch and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Only a sliding door separates you from the pool area – and the same is true for 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, a TV and their own bathroom. Special emphasis has been placed on the master bathroom, as it not only features two sinks, but also a spacious walk-in shower and a bathtub. Washing machine and dryer are available in the villa´s laundry room.

Adjacent to the living area, you will find the kitchen. Here, a central kitchen isle and plenty of space allow you to prepare meals with the whole family. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, either: Amenities include a refrigerator, oven, stove plates and a microwave – accompanied by cutlery, dishes and a whole range of utensils. The dining area is beautifully decorated and overlooks Cape Coral´s canal. Of course, you can also dine at the table in the roofed section of the lanai.

The villa´s heatable pool is perfect for a swim at any weather. Sunchairs and a cozy lounge area grace the lanai – just like a jacuzzi and a TV. In addition, this part of the house not only boasts a gas grill, but also an outdoor kitchen with its own water supply.

If you want to explore Cape Coral at your own leisure, you are welcome to use the villa´s three bicycles. Or do you prefer going by boat? This is no problem either, as the villa sits right at a saltwater canal and has a boat dock. Beach chairs, parasol and cooler are available in the garage.

Motorists will love the short distances to all of Cape Coral´s important spots: The supermarkets Publix and Walmart are only a 7-minute ride away – as are the restaurants, shops and banks at Camelot Isles. Driving for five more minutes, you will reach Camelot Park with its playground for little guests. Or do you want to cool off? No problem – Sun Splash Family Waterpark is located only 9 miles north of the villa.
