Located within the Watersong Resort grounds in the heart of Central Florida, The Sunseeker's Retreat offers you a great escape from daily life while keeping you within reach of everything fun. Getting to your retreat from the Orlando International Airport will be a 35 minute drive. Once you’re here, you will be less than 30 minutes away from Disney World, 35 minutes from Universal Studios and the Mall of Millenia, and 45 minutes from Downtown Orlando.

On the property, you'll find space for everyone as a generous mix of queen and twin beds can accommodate up to ten people. Feel free to kick back in the newly updated family room featuring new leather reclining sofas and a wide-screen smart TV. Enjoy some suds in the Jacuzzi after a long day out. Maybe challenge your friends to a table tennis match to decide who gets to sleep in the big bedroom before hitting the hay in one of five bedrooms available on location. We have everything for everybody big and small. For families, we also have for your use a high chair and a crib for the little one in case you forget or aren't able to bring your own.

***And for an extra $30 a day, the pool can be heated for you to enjoy no matter what the temperature is outside (Please indicate in your reservation if you'd like to include the heated pool during your stay).***

Please also note that the built in bbq (grill) you see in the pictures is not functional as we can't find parts to repair it and will be removing it in near future. If you like to have one, you may be able to request a rental one through our property manager.

While the Sunseeker's Retreat offers you a bit of seclusion from the hustle and bustle of Central Florida, you're never far away from good dining options with restaurants located within a 15 minute drive. But if you feel like cooking at home, grocery stores such as Publix and Winn-Dixie and supermarkets such as Walmart and Target are just down the road, and you'll have access to basic kitchen tools, cutlery and dishes included in the kitchen.

Central Florida is also home to several quality golf courses within a 20-minute drive, plus the Top Golf driving range and lounge in downtown Orlando. Award-winning Clearwater Beach is a 1 hour 30 minute drive west, while the famed Daytona International Speedway is a 1 hour 20 minute drive northeast. And for the curious minds, the Kennedy Space Center is a 1 hour 15 minute drive east.

Watersong Wonder
We stayed at this property for 6 weeks in Feb /Mar 2024. The house was exactly as described. It is an absolutely beautiful home located in a wonderful community (Watersong) Everyone we spoke to from security at the gate to people in the community were very friendly. The homeowners have done a great job in ensuring the home is well outfitted with everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you could need. The backyard is a true paradise with a great pool and hot tub. It is a very private location with a wooded conservation area behind the home. The homeowner is a delight to deal with. Any questions or assistance I required was dealt with promptly. If I could, I would give this place a 6 star rating!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

This property was perfect for our family of 7. It had everything we needed for a holiday in Orlando. The outdoor area was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very safe on the Watersong complex and it was in a great location to access shops, restaurants and all the parks.

Highly recommend
We stayed at this house for 9 nights and loved it! We are a family of 7 (2 adults 5 kids under age of 8) and everyone loved this house and had more than enough space. Short walk to club house which has 2 playgrounds and a large walk in pool (perfect for toddlers). We chose to heat the pool and were so glad we did! Our newborn even enjoyed swimming. Host was amazing and very easy to contact and was accomadating. We just returned back to our real home and can't wait to go back next year to this house!

Very welcoming
It was 3 friends staying for a week. We felt welcomed before we got there. The owners answered any questions we had and the house was exactly how the pictures and description was. It has a full true kitchen and lots of bathrooms. We felt very safe as it is in a gated estate and very easy access to get in and out. There was nobody on either side so it was very private. The pòol and house were clean and lots of room. We all had a great stay and definitely recommend this home.

The perfect house in a great location
Myself and my family have been visiting the Orlando/Kissimmee area for 30 years and have stayed in some fantastic properties. This house is quite honestly the best we have had the pleasure of spending our holiday. The villa is incredible, well set out, is absolutely fantastically equipped. The pool is one of the largest I've seen in any villa we have rented and the outside area is superb. The owners are easy to contact, really friendly, wonderfully helpful and extremely quick to answer any questions or queries. We can't wait to come back. It's as close to perfect as we have found. Genuinely loved cooking in the wonderful kitchen, easy drive to Publix Supermarket around 5 minutes away, Walmart/Target no more than 15 minutes drive and we regularly found that the trip to Disney was under 35 mins. There is, in addition to the private pool, a really nice communal pool area that takes under 10 minutes to walk to on site. It was, more often than not, empty and was a really nice bonus. Kids loved it. If you're looking at this for your Orlando holiday, book it if it's available. You'll not regret it.

There is no place like home!
We had the best time making new memories in this beautiful home!! We have a family of 10 and we all fit perfect with plenty of space and privacy. About a 45 minute drive to Universal! Close to Publix and Walmart! Highly recommend!! We would definitely stay again!

Good Experience and Good Times
Renting this property was a good experience. I had only two concerns. Upon arrival, the house had not been dusted or mopped in a while. My family and I had to clean and sanitize it. I guess it hadn't been rented for a while. I am very fearful of snakes, but one came knocking on our door and my sister's rental property next door to us. I have no complaints about the owner responding back to my calls. Yes, I will rent the property again. One suggestion would be is to do some minor updates to the home as far as decorations.
