Beautiful property let down by the service agents Interhome
The location is great, the pool and the beach couldn't be closer. The apartment itself is also very good.
However, the service agents Interhome caused unnecessary issues. Firstly, I never received a welcome pack. I filled out the self check-in with a 4pm arrival time. When no one turned up I called Interhome and you have to collect the keys from an office in Denia which is an extra 1hr round trip as we flew in to Valencia so something to be mindful of. You will also have to drop them off again (yep another hour). I had 2 young kids and a wife with a badly sprained ankle with me so I was not happy that this wasn't made clear to me. Others at the property with different agents had their keys dropped off. To be honest I've never had to pick up keys.
When the welcome pack arrived, the info is not clear. The parking spot is no. 20 in the underground car park. You have to use the little key at top of the ramp to open it. This wasn't explained to us and yes I had to call again to find this out.
Once we had picked up our keys the door doesn't open properly. You have to pull the door towards you and then turn the key to the right, then push it open. We couldn't work this out, they had to send someone round. He opened the door but again didn't explain how. I had to quiz him and then he admitted there was a certain way of doing it.
It actually took us 2 hrs from arriving to actually get in. Hopefully reading this saves someone some time.
Also had WiFi issues.
