Avec deux très grandes chambres, une avec un lit king et l'autre avec un lit queen. Chaque chambre a son propre «espace» pour s’asseoir et se détendre, lire un livre, une retraite paisible.

La très grande salle de bain a deux lavabos et une baignoire profonde, parfaite pour un long bain ou pour frotter les plus jeunes! La buanderie mène à l'extérieur à l'un des beaux jardins.

La grande cuisine moderne, entièrement équipée est le centre de l'espace de vie. Avec un coin salle à manger, un grand salon aéré avec beaucoup de canapés confortables… donnant sur la véranda et les jardins.

Il y a deux espaces de divertissement extérieurs qui profitent au maximum de l'ombre et du soleil (selon ce que vous poursuivez!). La cour est entièrement clôturée et il y a un grand parking pour deux voitures et un bateau. Bundegi a un grand jardin et une petite pelouse, parfait pour les enfants à jouer. Si vous souhaitez amener votre animal de compagnie, veuillez contacter le bureau pour en discuter.

Huge house
Great property within walking distance to shops. The house is very spacious with many areas to hang around. One bedroom has a tv in a living area (each bedroon had two spaces) but nowhere to sit so you can't resly use it. The other bedroom has a good lounging a few area. The shower and spa look a little dirty but I suspect thats just hard water stains. The kitchen has everything youll need. The gas top stove can be very annoying. Some nights it works. Other nights only one burner will work and stay on. The rv in the lounge needs a manual on the coffee table. I ended upnjust watching one tv station as changing channels and volumr on different remotes became a chore. Both the front and backyards are great. The hosts werw amazing. Sending videos for how to get in and use the lock box. The entry to the house is not on rule street because it's a corner property, but there is enough nigaloo signage to tell you that youre at the right place. Id definitely stay here again. Its just a beautiful house with a few quirks that can easily be addressed.

We stayed 4 nights and this property was wonderful. Really spacious with all the amenities required. It is a in a quiet location but only a couple of minutes from the heart of Exmouth.

Excellent Exmouth Holiday Accomodation
We recently visited Exmouth for a week. What a beautiful place in the world. Our rental from Ningaloo Reef Holidays was the perfect place to stay while visiting. The location was fantastic for early morning and evening beach walks and a great home base for our travels around the Cape. Suggest you take trip up Yardie Creek with the boat, swim at Osprey Bay and go whale watching at sunset. The house was clean, well appointed, and had all the necessary tools in the kitchen for cooking meals. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Oasis
Really enjoyed our stay at 4 Rule St. There is so much space to really relax, and the house is so well equipped it really felt like being at home right from the start of our stay. We were able to stay cool even on the warmest days. The reservation and communications through Ningaloo Reef Holiday Homes was first class. Definitely a holiday home we’d love to come back to.

Exmouth Gem
Bundegi is a clean, comfortable and spacious property in a convenient, but quiet location. With a chilled vibe, it is perfect for relaxing in - the daybed is a winner! Kitchen is well equipped, the house is homely without being cluttered, and the wi-fi worked well. The only thing which would have been helpful to have during our stay, (due to wet weather), would be a clothes drier. We hope to return to Exmouth at some point, when the sun is shining (!), and would definitely love to stay at Bundegi again. It's a great house.

The property was very clean and well maintained. All the kitchen appliances were new and large enough for a family. The property was very well airconditioned, and much of the furniture was new. The property is well located, near town. The beautiful herb garden was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended for a small family group.
