Cette étonnante 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains + 2 demi-salles de bains laisse les clients complètement sans voix. En entrant, vous êtes accueilli par un premier étage spacieux comprenant une cuisine design moderne entièrement équipée, du parquet, une salle à manger spacieuse, deux chambres décorées de façon professionnelle, un salon en bord de mer, une salle de divertissement de pointe et un ascenseur sans arbre magnifiquement conçu. Juste à l'extérieur de ce somptueux décor du premier étage se trouve une terrasse en bord de mer avec un accès à la plage privée où vous pouvez regarder le soleil se lever tout en écoutant les vagues se briser doucement sur la plage. La conception du stade du deuxième étage donne sur la salle à manger et comprend deux chambres bien aménagées, un deuxième salon en bord de mer avec un balcon avec vue sur l'océan, une chambre principale en bord de mer, ainsi qu'une salle de bain de luxe en bord de mer avec une vanité, une douche à l'italienne massive et une baignoire jacuzzi. Le troisième étage qui offre une vue imprenable sur Folly Beach, comprend une vaste terrasse sur le toit avec un minimum de ** semaine requise pour toutes les vacances **

Amazing home and stunning views!!!
The home was awesome! The views were absolutely stunning! We stayed to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday so the elevator certainly came in handy! The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils that we needed, the home was very clean and tidy as well.

Enjoyed our time at this beach front rental with family ages 60-88 years old. Loved the outdoor shaded dining area where we enjoyed our meals. This area has a nice dining table and comfortable couches. The roof top deck was wonderful. A few of us even slept up there listening to the waves all night. The elevator was helpful for our 88 year old mother. I wish it would have gone all the way to the roof top area for her. There is plenty of room for a large group to enjoy whether you're inside or outside. The kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with the property Mangement group was excellent.They were easy to contact before and during our time there. Having the ability to reach someone at any time of day is very important to me when renting. If any problems arise having contact information and then actually being able to reach a live staff person 24/7 is vital. Beds were comfortable. We used the beach rental credit provided by the property to rent bikes and enjoyed biking around on the island. The location of this home is perfect. Close enough to walk to the Main Street to enjoy restaurants and shops if you desire yet you are far enough away from that area that does get busy in the evening. Being right on the beach and having the amazing ocean view is what this property is all about and what you are paying for. From the roof top the sunrise and sunset views are beautiful. I would definitely rent this property again.

Pink Flamingo
Perfect family home on the ocean in Folly Beach. This home offers lots of space for the family to branch out and relax in various different locations around the home as well as wonderful entertaining spaces. Our family really enjoyed the rooftop game room and we loved having coffee each morning at the end of the beach walkway with the ocean almost at our feet. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and made it a pleasure to cook for the family while on vacation. My only regret was not taking advantage of the enormous soaking tub in the 2nd floor primary while looking out over the ocean. Next time!!!

Beautiful thoughtfully laid out home perfect for a gathering. enough room to spread out - and a beautiful common area and deck - right on the beach. Rooftop deck with a pool table - and bar to watch the sunsets... Perfect. Walking distance to the Center Street area - for added fun. love love love this home.

Great house in a great location!
We had 8 adults and two kids under 12 at this house for a week. We loved the big open living and dining spaces. You could see the ocean from throughout the first floor. It’s really close to town so we walked there often. The porch and roof deck were well done and the kids enjoyed the game room. Our only negative was that most of the bedrooms had a smaller bed than desired making it harder for some couples to be comfortable.

Wonderful home!
Perfect location and ideal layout/room for a small group of friends. The kitchen was well-stocked and the elevator was definitely a plus. The rooftop deck and game room was the highlight of the stay. So happy to have that when the wind on the beach was too much. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in your beautiful home after our daughter’s wedding in Charleston . The home and property were absolutely perfect!! The main living area is gorgeous, as well as every other aspect of the house. The elevator was so perfect for transporting luggage in and out. Fabulous family vacation
I cannot recommend the Pink Flamingo highly enough! Our stay was absolutely delightful! The property was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items and toiletries. The layout of the house is perfect to comfortably accommodate a large group of people all under one roof. Between the beautiful beach, the roof with the game room, and the stunning porch we felt like we hardly had to leave the house at all. Check in and checkout was seamless and the owner, who we met briefly, is incredibly nice! We would definitely stay at the Pink Flamingo again! Thank you for a perfect vacation week with the family!
