Everything was spotless and staff were friendly. Last minute booking and bar was nice Great locatoon

Next door to venue for night out

Next door to venue for night out and next day shopping. Really Clean and comfy. Needs better signpost from Station though or not on website that it's basically part of the shopping centre!

perfect location

Pros: location
Cons: HOUSEKEEPING
Location: its a in a shopping mall so lots can be done and the train connection is great
for my visit the location cant be better. the checkin staff were very friendly, i even applied to become a member of their hotel group but there it ENDS ;; the room allotted was a disabled person, which was kind of weird. upon asking for an iron it was quickly provided but the look on the face of the house keeping staff was so rude that my daughter who was helping me settle was even startled;; i have been a traveller all life and have been to 109 countries. so to check i always drop a pcs of paper on the floor, obviously the room did not hoovered ;; i found the bits of paper as they were dropped the table scattered etc.;;

Alles tip top

Die Lage sehr gut und Hotel auch. Mit Central - und Jubileeline gut verbunden. Westfield shopping center eine praktische Lösung!!

Fabulous position

Easy to find, spotlessly clean spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful - speedy check in and out. Ideally situated for great night out and shopping - with left luggage facility. Brilliant price and complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates for my friends birthday too! Highly recommended

Gutes Hotel für Städtereise

Das Hotel liegt inmitten des grössten Einkaufszentrums Europas und man ist in 15 min in Zentrum Londons. Das Zimmer war gut. Leider hatten wir keine Minibar. Ansonsten alles in bester Ordnung !

Lovebox

Booked hotel as we were visiting for the Lovebox festival in Victoria park. There was good access to tube, and a nice selection of restaurants close by. Bar was also nice, staff very friendly. will be booking again for 2016 festival.
