Beautiful Old Town flat, near the beach

Completely renovated, this 60 square meter apartment is located in the heart of the historic district of Nice in a building built in 1650, between Place Garibaldi and Place Massena, just in front of the Coulée Verte, 50 meters from the tram and 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Ideal place to visit the city by walk or to join the many villages of the French Riviera.

It offers a large living room fully equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, wifi, sofa bed ... The American kitchen includes all the essential equipment for your stay: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, extractor, induction hob, micro- wave, oven, espresso machine, kettle,… and two bedrooms with double bed (queen size).

Sheets and towels are provided.
In the close neighborhood, you can find all commodities : restaurant, supermarket, chemistry, bakery,...

The apartment is on the 1st floor in a typical "niçois" building. That means high ceilings and lots of character.
The apartment is equipped with double glazing and overlooks two interior courtyards. It is therefore very quiet and yet in the city center.
You'll have everything you need here,and can just relax and enjoy your stay!

Deposit : 200 euros

Advise and help for any kind during your stay. No party (no dance party, no drink party). No smoking, no eating, no drinks in the bedrooms. Be clean and respectful with the apartment. Cleaning service fees include simple cleaning only ALL EXTRA CLEANING WILL BE SUPPLEMENT 20 euros for each started hour : Washing the oven, Washing the dishes or glasses, Washing extra marks on walls… are not included into the standard cleaning service fee! So please be clean like at your home ;-)
