The Blue Mountain Public Beach Access is a convenient beach access close by with public restrooms and parking.


 




Pool Access: Just a short stroll from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated Highland Parks community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Seasonally heated March and April!





 


Granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and simple coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 8 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Home also has a card table to provide seating for 4. The living room leads to a back deck with a private grill, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze.

Great neighborhood
We arrived at our house at 4pm. Wasn’t ready til 430 which may not seem like a big deal but when you have 3 little kids and have travelled all day you are ready to get settled. Living room and kitchen is great space with lots of room and well stocked. Love the neighborhood. Would recommend updated furniture for the porch. Golf cart was a great plus. Overall a good stay!

Great Home!
Great home close to everything with ample space. Clean and close to neighborhood pool which looked just like the photos. They have security at the pool while it is open so the scene stays mellow. The golf car was key to getting to nearby public beach access and restaurants easily. Parking is limited for the nearby public beaches so this helped a lot!! A couple items do need to be addressed. While the house had tons of cooking supplies, it was missing a grill spatula so we had to flip burger with a large knife which was interesting :) and the trash can for the kitchen is much too small for this house. They need a trash can for a larger family - we were constantly having to take out the trash when it wasn't necessary because the can was so small. My check-in was a 4:00 but the house wasn't ready until 5:00 which was annoying after a 7+ hour drive. Besides those smaller items, this house was great. I would have given 5 stars if not for those items noted. I would 100% stay here again.

30A Santa Rosa Beach House
The description was very accurate. In fact, our family thought it was nicer than expected. The hot tub was great, especially since it was a colder week. Great location. Was able to bike and use the golf cart to various shops and restaurants/snack places.

We enjoyed the home and neighborhood. We even took advantage of the neighborhood amenities (pool, hot tub, firepit). Loved having the bikes and Golfcart included! Made trips to the beach so easy!

Beautiful
First time staying at this beautiful home. Stayed cool throughout the day and night. Very accommodating for a 10 month old and 3 kids 6-11. Bikes and golf cart was very convenient for our group. We will be back.

Great beach house
The house was great. 8 of us staued here. The community pool wasn't too crowded, always had chairs available to use. The beach was close and parking wasn't too bad to dind. Lots of great restaurants around. I'd stay here again.

Golf cart not working and no one would come look at it. And to rent one was 125 per night. Back patio was unavailable cause door lock was broken. Bikes chains kept coming off sprocket on each drive. Falls way short of promises for money spent

Beautiful Community Home
Very nice community and beautiful homes. Super easy to get everywhere you want to be. Pool fantastic. Only complaint would be tight space for parking larger vehicles and we had trouble with the golf cart charging but the property managers were great at getting the vendor out to fix it.
